We sent Col Florendo Saligao an amount of claims totaling $126,518.00. on September 7, 2008. We then uploaded this on September 9, and by then the amount is up 30,000 pesos more to $127,184.66.

By October 2008 the amount is up to $184,667.12

What will happen is the leadership at Camp Crame and The Philippine Islands' Congress will tire of their gofers (your local police) getting so much international attention and will move or eliminate them because they cannot locate us.

The elimination of Luisita (Louie) Tan, Aspe, Florendo Saligao and his right-hand man (Ranger - Renato Bondoc Torres) will be at least talked about and possibly performed because eliminating them would be easier than finding us. I would not want to be one of the corrupt people we mention on this website.

Florendo Saligao and his right-hand man named Renato Bondoc Torres (Ranger, the American loving tourist policeman, who has been a C.I.D.G. man all along.) have been holding a number of meetings with Camp Crame officials in an attempt to silence our web sites and locate us.

We will tell you where we are. We are in a country where the laws are actual laws and policemen cannot be bought off. We would never be fool enough to relocate or be located in your country.

We seriously doubt that they will return your monies, but they we do guarantee you that they will pay dearly in publicity for not paying you.

We know that a few foreigners have lived over there so long that they will think this is a scam. These types think just like the locals and police do and they jealously guard their own retirements while not lifting a finger let-alone a hand to help us. One of your businessmen takes phone calls from, and meets with, a certain congressman wanting to know when Stephen Soul will return. We have almost had enough of this foreigner.

We will wait to see if he can learn to keep his mouth shut. If he cannot then we will place him on this page. You will be shocked at who this man is.

He has has fingered a woman by mistake and talked about how he does not like our website because we asked him to help. We are beginning to believe he has more than just an investment with the one of his area crime syndicates.

For now we will watch and listen and maybe we will not have to expose him. We do not want to expose any foreigner unless they really do go over the top.

We do believe he has a right to enjoy his retirement. We believe he does not have to help us. But we believe he should not attempt to harm others or hinder us.
