Toni, drug addict, works with "extortion police" but mostly is a scammer of rich foreigners
We want to call attention to this female here who is residing in Subic, and she preys on Rich Americans such as Fed-ex pilots, bar owners, etc.
This female goes by the name of Toni, or KC, or TC. She is a full time drug addict, (shab), has connections with the local "extortion police" and is also protected somewhat by a drug dealer who has HIGH Power AND Very deep pockets.
This women is 21 years old she plies her trade at pier one on SBMA to try and swindle money from the Koreans.
Her latest is to hang around the Baloy Beach area where she scams Rich Americans out of their money all the while pretending to be in love with them when in fact it is her strong desire to separate them of all the cash they have, so she can support her drug habit of 10,000 pesos a day.
One foreigner who knows her says,
"I met this female she had only worked in the Philipino bars since a very young age, she is a run away and hates her mother and father and siblings with a vengeance that I have never witnessed in anyone here."
She is very good at getting males to fall in love with her. Once under her spell she will convince the most strong minded that she is always in the right and when caught in thefts of money, drugs, and being unfaithful, this women will have the male saying sorry and even knowing she is a criminal they still hand over their money. She is a expert and extremely cunning.
Her number one in love with Shab, and number two, hates all men.
Her latest victim is a Lee Brock Of Sunnyvale California, whom she talks to with her computer. She is simply amazed that this idiot is still giving her money while she is here spending his money on her Drugs and Boyfriends staying at the Shevans hotel and Harleys bar hotel. One time Mr. Brock handed to her 167k in peso and she spent it all in 3 weeks on shab.
Mr. Lee Brock needs to be warned about this women so we are printing this for his safety and the safety of all visitors to that area of the P. I.. The top drug lord and his corrupt police have been informed and Mr. Brock is in real danger if he comes back to visit this whore!
