For example:
You meet a young lady and take the young thing to any hotel
at hand, walk in, but 20 minutes later the police burst in with the
girl's mother who just happens to have a real or forged birth certificate
in her hands that "proves" the girl is underage. Now, you are in trouble.
You have committed two crimes which
you can be sentenced to two life terms for. Remember, you are white
and the two heinous crimes you are guilty of are met with harsher
justice in a brown man's country. You are not in America or Europe, you dumb sex tourist. They have caught you!
You will be taken to a police station
and they will place a gun on a table and may or may not slap you
around a little. You will be told you can go to jail for life and
that is the truth, you can, you dumb white man. They are going
to scare you so bad that an atheist will pray and promise God that
he will never touch another female, even his wife!
Then you will
be allowed to buy your way out by paying the mother of the underage
girl from between $1,000 to $20,000. During this time you may be
in jail or taken to a bank or western union so you can have money sent to you, etc.
After the woman is handed the money at the police station you are
warned to be good, keep your mouth shut and let go.
After you leave, the mom and her
daughter get $100 to $150 and they go back looking for another
victim. If they get $20,000 from you then the mother and daughter
might get $500, but at least $300.
Sir, you have been screwed (laid - had) by the infamous screwy-youie-Louie Tan or sometimes known as "Screwy-youie-BY-Louie", and that is exactly what happened. You were screwed BY Louie. Chief inspector Luisito Tan steal money through extortions, kidnapping, fire insurance for businesses, selling plants to "Beautify Balibago" to businesses at 500% profit, selling drugs, protecting drug lords and drug pushers, murders and God only knows his other scams and thieveries! He sends at least 25 to 50% up the chain of command. This is how he has earned rank and managed to stay in the same duty assignment the last 28 years! Chief inspector Luisito Tan is a walking encyclopedia of criminal behavior and knowledge!
He has worked this hundreds of times. We say the man is a motherfu%#er and Angeles City needs to be a better place. We want this man jailed and placed in prison.

"Chief Inspector Louie Tan" did not obey us back on Dec. 11, 08, therefore sanctions are now applied.
Mamac has his goons arrest women in the red light district many nights during the week. It is perfectly legal for any woman, of age, to be in the red light district any time of the day. Even if the woman is simply walking through the area as a shortcut to go home, she is arrested. Mamac then takes them to Station four where they are talked into being set-up girls, drug planters, robbers and such by the police/Louie Tan of Station Four.
It is not legal for children to be there, yet the police do not stop the child beggars because they make money for the police and mayor by begging and picking pockets!
Many times, if the girl is pretty, she is forced to service the police there in station four and then let go. That is rape in the Philippine Islands!
Tony Mamac was also formerly a policeman and wants to run for Mayor of Angeles City in the next couple of years. He and "Screwy-youie-Louie", chief Inspector Louis Tan are bosom friends and also run a drug ring together! Corrupting the youth and a many foreigners as he can all for selfish desire to gain riches! A drug dealer, the motherfu#er is a drug dealer! At least Tony does not have a mass murder in his background like Francis Nepomuceno does. Of the two we would choose Tony Mamac to be the one we would want to see elected.
But as usual, he must send part of this money on up the line to his superiors at Camp Crame and some to congressman Camelio Lazatin and some to Blueboy Nepomuceno and some to prosecutors and judges, etc. There are about 10 blood sucking leeches to every person who starts a legitimate or illegal business in the arsehole of the world!
You know, nothing you could say about this beast would surprise us, nothing at all, indeed.
