The police keep trying to pass off the death of the Canadian-Mexican lady chef at Fontana resort late 2008, as a suicide!

They know she was murdered and they know who did it and why they did it!

We state publicly that Isagani Nerez and Chief Superintendent Raul Castañeda are lying M.F.s who knows what is going on and has been ordered to continue the official "Cover-up"!!!!!

Why, we ask, can the PNP (Philippine National Pillagers) solve crimes usually within 3 days when the involved are all Philipinos, but NEVER SOLVE CRIMES WHEN FOREIGNERS ARE THE VICTIMS! You racist M.F.ers do not care or you police are involved in the murder or both! There is not another possible explanation!

Consider the last sentence! When is the last time that the murderer/murderers of any foreigner or the robber of a single foreigner was solved, the person caught, convicted and sent to jail!

Don't you TARGETS understand yet? It is open season all year round on you! You can be robbed, have your home broken into and murdered and not a single FLIP is convicted and spends a reasonable amount of time in jail! Never happen, G.I.!

MANILA, Philippines - The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) has sought the help of the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) in Mandaluyong City to determine the cause of death of a Mexican chef at the Fontana Leisure Park in Angeles City, Pampanga last Dec. 26.

CIDG director Chief Superintendent Raul Castañeda said they were seeking the clinical assessment of the NCMH on the victim, Elisa Gutierrez, 25, based on the accounts of her roommates and officemates prior to her death.

“Elisa’s actuations were requested to be evaluated whether these could be sufficient indications for her to commit suicide,” Castañeda said.

Gutierrez’ death was initially reported to be a suicide.

But the victim’s family, citing stab wounds in her body, did not believe she ended her life, prompting Interior and Local Government Secretary Ronaldo Puno to order the CIDG to dig deeper into her case.

Castañeda directed Senior Superintendent Ericson Velasquez, head of the CIDG’s Criminal Investigation and Detection Division, to interview her roommates and officemates to determine the cause of her death.

The accounts and description of Executive Chef Malek Elsafadi, roommate Sarah Andrychuk and banquet chef Tomas Rayandayan were among the documents that Velasquez forwarded to the NCMH to help them in their clinical assessment of Gutierrez prior to her death.

Gutierrez hanged herself at an abandoned office of the Fontana Leisure Park. Among the documents found in her room was a diary, but Castañeda said it contained not a single entry that might help them determine whether she committed suicide or not.

Castañeda said they were also seeking the assistance of the scene of the crime operatives present when Gutierrez’s body was found.

“An analysis of the scene of the crime is being requested and further clarifications on their autopsy report, DNA examination, fingerprint analysis and other related issues on the crime scene to help us conclude whether she committed suicide or not,” he said.

((Do you mean they have only now decided to do a super inspection of the crime scene, months and months afterward her murder? IS THERE ANY DOUBT NOW WHY THESE "SUPER-SLEUTHS" CANNOT STOP US OR THIS WEBSITE? What new incompetence is this OR worse yet, they are covering it up. Of course they are covering her murder up, fools!))

MANILA, Philippines - The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) yesterday said the diary of a Mexican chef who was found dead at the Fontana Leisure Park in Angeles City, Pampanga last Dec. 26 does not contain evidence to determine whether she committed suicide or not.

CIDG director Chief Superintendent Raul Castañeda said the Spanish embassy has forwarded to his office the translation of the entries on the diary of Elisa Gutierrez, 25, which was among the items recovered from her room hours after she was found dead.

“Majority of what she wrote in her diary was related to her job. There is no entry giving any hint that she would end her life (or) that somebody wanted to kill her,” Castañeda said.

The CIDG chief also cleared a policeman in Gutierrez’s death because of her bad impression of him.

“The appointment yesterday was bad,” Gutierrez wrote in her diary, referring to the policeman. “This person is ugly, ugly, ugly, big stomach and smells strange… but this person no more (sic), don’t like him.”

((That is the very person to look at, the darned policeman!))

Police initially declared that Gutierrez committed suicide but Interior and Local Government Secretary Ronaldo Puno ordered a reinvestigation upon the request of her family who refused to believe that she killed herself.

When found hanging from the metal brace on the ceiling, Gutierrez, a sous chef, had stab wounds in the neck, chest and abdomen, which the CIDG are now trying to determine whether they were self-inflicted or not. – Non Alquitran

Senior Supt. Isagani Nerez, sometimes the real "Good guys" are not you or us, but the people that killed this CIDG murderer. Aren't you also a CIDG police murderer? Yes you are and a drug pusher, extortioner, shake-down artist, insurance salesman, and so much more. In short you are a money-making fool for your superiors. What did you decide to buy after that new BMW you used to own? We know, don't we?

CIDG policeman is a murderer who died the same way he lived!

SPO1 Bonifacio Sales, photo above, Jr. lived by the gun and it came time for payback.

"COTABATO CITY – Motorcycle-riding gunmen shot dead with assault rifles a bemedalled agent of the Criminal Investigation and Detection group, who was implicated in some 30 alleged “rubout” of dreaded criminals, in a gangland style execution at a busy spot here at past 10 a.m. yesterday.

Investigators said the suspects were seen trailing SPO1 Bonifacio Sales, Jr., who was riding a black motorcycle, when they shot him from behind with M-16 assault rifles, killing him on the spot.

One of the suspects even pulled over, took the .45 caliber pistol of Sales from his waist, and shot him with the same gun thrice before escaping.

“It appears the gunmen were so angry with him that they made sure he’s really dead,” said Senior Superintendent Willie Dangane, director of the Cotabato City police.

Sales first started his colorful police career as a lowly policeman under the city’s police force and, subsequently, as a member of the CIDG in Region 11.

Sales was popular here for his role in past high-profile anti-kidnapping missions, where he has neutralized more than 20 wanted kidnappers, among them rouge secessionist guerillas.   – John Unson"

((The man was one to be counted on when it came time to murder someone on orders from higher authorities. The day after his death the P. I. was a cleaner place! We know that sounds impossible, but the dreadful country was cleaner by a little!))
