Dr. soul has asked you to file a certain paper. We also asked you to do so, but YOU DID NOT! Time to pay the piper!
((Nov 14 08)) Attorney Ronaldo Duro (a former Angeles City prosecutor fired for human rights violations) did not perform as instructed by the man that has paid him, Dr. Stephen Soul. Now a little pay-back for what are clearly grounds to be disbarred, misrepresentation of your client.
Attorney Ronaldo (Tony) Duro, a former Angeles City prosecutor (and heavily rumored to have been a corrupt one) was recommended to Stephen Soul, who was set up by the C.I.D.G. chief Florendo Saligao and arrested.
Dr. Soul was to appear in court November 13, but stayed in Australia. Dr. Soul instructed his attorney, Ronaldo (Tony) Duro, to file certain requested papers to the Department of Justice in Manila. True to corrupt-form attorney Duro refused to do as instructed by Dr. Soul!
Instead attorney Duro blames Dr. Soul because he (Dr. Soul) did not return to the P.I.. The judge (Corrupt RTC 61 judge Bernardita Gabitan Erum)issued an arrest warrant for Dr. Soul on the morning of Nov. 13, 2008. Seems to us like the old "protect-their-asses" limit damage mode has been turned on there in Angeles City. She knew that Dr. Soul is innocent and she is in the pay of and is a member of the very criminal syndicate she claims does not exist! She is a whorish witch!
Dr. Soul, who rightfully fears for his life, was not fool enough to return so that, it is rumored, Congressman Lazatin using Colonel Florendo Saligao could murder him!
The judge issued a warrant of arrest for Dr. Soul knowing the man was 100% innocent! That is justice, Philippine Island's style, indeed.
A couple of weeks before this a woman, with intimate knowledge of this case spilled her guts in an affidavit, which was taken to the Australian embassy in Manila.
This affidavit by Lutgarda Rapulong Gacus tells of the false arrest, kidnapping, attempted extortion, human trafficking perpetrated by the police under the direction of C.I.D.G. chief Florendo Saligao against Dr. Soul.
The police then used one of their Australian spies to spread around that Dr. Soul had been with underage girls in other countries, which we have investigated and discovered is a lie.
This document by Miss Gacus not only proves Soul is innocent, but proves he was set-up by human trafficking and human rights violators Chief Florendo Saligao and his side-kick (Renato Bondoc Torres, aka "Ranger").
The woman is said to have been placed in the "Witness protection program" by the Department of Justice (which means they know her address so they can dispose of her later) because she fears that certain officials and police in Angeles City will murder her and/or her children.
This woman is being protected because the secretary of the D.O.J. (Secretary Raul Gonzalez) has read her document in a meeting with Hugh from the Australian Embassy in Manila.
Upon reading the damning (Damning to Florendo Saligao and Renato Bondoc Torres a.k.a. "Ranger") document The Head of the Department of Justice (D.O.J. head Raul Gonzalez) told the Australian Embassy official to tell the attorney, (Ronaldo Tony Duro) , to file a "Petition for Review" for Stephen Soul.
This would mean, once received, the charges should be dropped by the Department of Justice. It is just a technical procedure to be done where a person is known to be innocent.
But on November 13, 2008 attorney Ronaldo Duro did not file the "Petition for Review" as instructed by the Aussie embassy and the Secretary of Justice himself!
Why wouldn't attorney Tony Duro do as instructed? Can it be that Congressman Carmelo Feliciano Lazatin has the fix in to protect the human rights violations perpetrated against Stephen Soul by colonel Florendo Saligao, Major Screwy-youie-Louie Tan, and others under their commands? The op would have never begun against Dr. Soul without the approval of C.I.D.G. Chief Florendo Saligao.
Attorney Ronaldo Duro claims that he must have Stephen Soul present. What bullshit is this? The head of the Department of Justice for your whole country said to file the "Petition for Review". You did not!
Attorney Duro, the head of the Department of Justice has asked for you to file a "Petition for Review". What don't you not understand about that? Forget "the required legal procedures" and bola-bola you are hiding behind. You were paid to follow orders, just do as the D.O.J. has instructed you to do! Do as your client has asked you to do. Simple enough we believe.
Why must you have Stephen Soul go back to there? Is he going to walk across the room and hand the "Petition for Review" to the judge? You are required to do that, not him.
Simply put,
The head of the D.O.J. knows that Stephen Soul is innocent, places the witness and her children in protection and then asks for the "Petition of Review" to be filed, but attorney Duro blames Soul for not returning and the judge issues a warrant of arrest for an innocent man!
Are they crazy or what? They are not crazy if the fix is in. If they want the case to stop, go away and later they will deal with the woman.
Since Congressman Carmelo Feliciano Lazatin kept asking a certain Bar-owning American to let him know when Stephen Soul returned it seems to as if the fix is in and if Dr. Soul had returned he would have been murdered.
We believe this criminal attorney (Tony Duro, aka Ronald Duro, aka Ronaldo Duro, aka Renayldo Duro, aka Ronaldo Duro) has misrepresented Dr. Stephen Soul!
It is simple enough to see how it is possible for a former prosecutor (Attorney duro representing Dr. Soul) in the set-up capitol of The P.I. would be willing to work with his judge and other prosecutor friends to misrepresent Stephen Soul so as to make the case go away because the police are bleeding to death from all of the hullabaloo.
And men, there are more bar owners than you think whom work for the police and are tied up in criminal activities with officials. We have so much cell traffic that we are way behind on some of those.
In short spies working for the police include some business owners!

A few weeks ago judge this female judge sent a letter to the Australian embassy which sent the letter on to Stephen Soul, who is now safely in Australia. She said that Stephen Soul and Mrs. Gacus have lied and that there is not a criminal syndicate in Angeles City preying upon foreigners! Can you believe she had the face to say and then send that? She has some big balls or is shameless. You can decide which!
This bitch also said that the prosecutor is a fine man and not corrupt!
After reading the "Proof" link you see that Mr. Gacus said she is part of a police-judicial system criminal syndicate that preys upon foreigners. She mentioned how she and the police would use underage girls and plan their next set-up. she was paid to act the part of the concerned mother.
She was not paid by Stephen soul to make that affidavit, her only motivation was fear of her own life!
No one asked to to make that affidavit. She did so in fear of her life and she asked to be placed in the witness protection program, but the police have instead "Disappeared her", murdered her and buried he in an unmarked grave!
Her charges have not been acted upon and the charade by Judge Bernardita Erum and the above named prosecutors continues!
The affidavit was dropped off at the Russian Embassy and the Australian Embassy. Hugh Wilson, at the Aussie Embassy met with department of injustice officials, showed them the unbelievably revealing affidavit and negotiated a deal where a technical paper would be submitted by the attorney of Stephen Soul, Ronaldo Duro and the charges would be dropped!
Instead Attorney Duro stalled and finally refused to submit the document that the DOJ had asked for so the false charges would be dropped!
Then the corrupt RTC 61 judge Bernardita Erum, who is a criminal in the same syndicate, issued a warrant for the arrest of Dr. Soul! The judicial system must protect the very police that prey upon the foreigners and charge them falsely to extortion money.
The judicial system people, everyone of them, receive a certain percentage monthly from the police((Look at the charts on this page)) just for this very type of situation where the judicial system is paid to cover-up the kidnappings and extortions of the police!
The police give 25% of their extortions from tourists and Philipinos a month to the judicial system! It is a business to this whole group of criminals!
The Angeles City judicial system had concocted a plan to blame it all on Stephen Soul! Neato, isn't it?
