Station four police at it again.
So much for the honesty of chief inspector Ronaldo Lorenzo. Has anyone ever met an honest Philipino policeman? None of us ever have!
((Mar 27 09)) When we forced the police to window dress they never removed all of the corrupt extortion-police out of station four.
Now station four police are working with compac 41 and maybe the CIDG men under the command of Nathaniel Villegas in extortions!

The police conducted a setup operation with an underage girl on or around the 22 or 23rd of March (in the vicinity of Surla st.) which netted them 250,000 pesos ($5,000). We believe they were a mixed group from station 4 and Compac 41 which is near the Robinsons mall. Another source said the CIDG police under the command of the extortion policeman, Nathaniel Villegas got part of the money after loaning some of his men for the illegal extortion. This man is a friend of the former Baguio drug pimp Senior Superintendent Isagani Nerez.

There is a pimp boy-gal that goes by the name of Julie. She is usually with an underage girl and she offers girls as young as 16.
This is an area where until the Donald Paul Apartelle was put up, no tourists generally wandered. However now, there is a slow but steady flow of tourists and expats until late at night. Many girls who used to sit directly in front of the sunlight lodge have moved up to Santos street and are trying to pick up the guys heading back to the Donald Paul apartelle.
These pimp gals have been operating on Johnny’s and Henefel streets for years and primarily deal with local Philipino men who want some contact with a ‘bacterial girl’. They often drive by and pick them up- then taking them to other locations. Occasionally they short time them at the Sunlight lodge on Henefel street.
Some of the gals are bar girls who moonlight there on their off days satisfying their lust for small dicks.
Others are full time pickup girls who don't like Westerners - and are in the area several days a week. There are also occasionally part-timers who come down because of some pressing financial need for their family.
