This man, trying to cover his face, came up to an American tourist trying to get the American to go with him.
The American had taken our advice and carried a camera with him on visits out of his hotel. He also had taken Harry The Horse's advice he said and knew immediately what the man was trying to do.

Careful of this mother$&cker., He is a criminal. He came up to an American on February 14, 09 and began the conversation saying,
"I know you. I work at your hotel"
Instead the American took his photo! If others of you will do the same then we will fill many pages with photos of these criminals. Give us as helping hand. Carry a small recorder so you can turn it on when the police kidnap you and take a camera to get photos of these criminals so you can help others. Lets all pull together to clean up the asshole city of the world!
Sometimes this man drives by slowly and talks to you while you walk. Sometimes he gets off of his scooter or cycle and walks back to you trying to get you to go somewhere with him.
Be warned that if you go with him you will end up being surrounded by his friends and you will be robbed and possibly MURDERED!! Understand now, mates?
