Chief Inspector Luisito Tan. This man is still acting in an official capacity, although unofficially, in Angeles City, Philippines. He is the lessor of two heads of the police owned "Murder Incorporated". The other head is Efriam Almares! Almares is top man and between these two men they have managed to kill close to 90% of all foreigners that have been murdered in Angeles City the past decade! When a foreigner is murdered chances are that one or both of these men know the details.
The next shagger we request reports on is,
Chief Inspector Ronaldo Lorenzo, currently the chief of Station Four in the Fields Avenue area of Balibago-Angeles. He has Mr. Jimmy Dale fooled into believing he is not corrupt or at least not badly corrupt! Mr. Dale is an optimist when he should not be. That is his fault, we hope.
This Ronaldo Lorenzo was in on the MURDER attempt of Dave McCully and the cover-up. Then within a few days "Old Smily" ((Lorenzo)) was in on the murder attempt on Miss Maribel Langley Van-Kuelen! Ronaldo "Old Smily" Lorenzo was so through in covering up the hit attempt against Daver McCully that the P.I. press obly learned about it from us and still has never reported it!

Fiscal/prosecutor Oliver Garcia
Eduardo Dayrit assigned from the DOJ to Angeles City Hall of Injustice. He is a fat arse that has accepted bribes and been involved in case fixing for many years! He has one of the biggest brown arses you have ever seen, a real fat-cat!
Fiscal/prosecutor Ronald Haben, same as Dayrit and Garcia.
City police director, Senior Superintendent Pierre Bucsit.
Chief Inspector Nathaniel Villegas, the Angeles City area CIDG head. He was involved in extortions almost as soon as he arrived in Angeles City. Isagani Nerez meets with him personally from time to time to give him instructions since they believe we listen to their cell phones! These police types always keep two cell phones and use prisoners cells phones to add to the confusion every chance they get.
Chief inspector Ronaldo Lorenzo who must pay police chief Pierre Bucsit a certain percentage to keep his job as station 4 commander!
