(Feb 2 09) Damn! Wheeler! You have a motor-mouth and for your own sake you cannot keep it shut, can you? We advise all people to steer clear of this man, including the leagues, for he is going to be in deep poo-poo. Other do not need to be caught up with him.
You guys living over there know by now that if a Philipino can find out secret information on you that you will be blackmailed. Everything that you tell Roger Wheeler goes directly to Screwy-youie-Louie Tan or other policemen whom Roger Wheeler works for.
If you have a fat bank account and the China Bank President has not yet told Louie Tan, then Louie will find out through Roger Wheeler and then you are a prime target. Do you men understand now?
You men going to that bank where you do not need an I. D. to deposit are being now warned that the police know how much is in everyone of your accounts! Fools, the bank manager tells the police and sometimes tells the mayor, Francis Nepomuceno. Fools, he and the mayor eat together many times!
You old-timers have lived there long enough to know that nothing is in the Philippine Islands is ever free. Everything has a price or cost and the cost to you men depositing in a bank, that lets you deposit without an identification, also has a price You become a very possible target! You are wanting to hide your money and the very people that you should be hiding your money from is the police! Yet they know what everyone one of you have in your accounts. You are advised to move your money into a bank that does not have a branch close to Fields Avenue. The police have access to every computer in every bank in your area! We discovered this over the weekend because the police, as usual and feeling in control as ever, have very poor cell traffic security.
We cannot help that something flies through the air and lands into our hands, can we? You criminals sometimes hit a home run out of the park and we just are in the right place at the right time to catch it.

Roger Wheeler is a man that bilked a company with a fake insurance claim.
This man is a spy for the police of Louie Tan and the C.I.D.G. police who performs the following services for his corrupt handlers,
A. Monitors and reports on foreigners who are criticizing the police
B. Watches for new men to set-up that have nice bank accounts
C. Spreads rumors with half truths to confuse the facts about police extortion set-up details.
D. Tells certain foreigners certain false stories to see which story ends up on this site so he can help the police locate who is exposing the rottenness of the "Philippine National Pillagers", PNP. His police handlers think up the false stories and instruct Wheeler to spread them, but he is to remember who he told which story.
E. This man is not really a friend of any foreigner, but does have some people he believes are friends with the police.
F. Occasionally he tries to recruit foreigners into the special group of foreign spies that the police control.
The longer a person has been living there in angeles city the more likely they may be working with the police. The long time residents are targeted with scams and set-ups then given a lower extortion price to pay if they agree to work with the police forever! This is not to cast doubt on all long-term residents there, but is simply a fact of life in that hell-hole!

We are willing to bet money that Ricky Enriquez is the slient business partner of the Korean owner and we are willing to bet that something will happen to cause the death or disappearance of the Korean owner within the next 4 years! Read on to discover more about Ricky Enriquez.
The hotel was built by one of many street hustlers who prey upon foreign nationals, Enricky L. Enriquez. This former engineer somehow conned his way into being the one who hired and fired contractors and took the usual expected kickbacks. This man has been a hustler of sorts for years in the Fields Avenue area where he makes friends with Americans and Koreans. He is as smooth as silk and able to con his way into their confidence and then springs the trap, either death or borrowing a large sum which he never repays.
He borrows and never pays back and a number of Koreans have signed their businesses over to him as a partner only to be gunned down later. The murders are never solved and Mr. "Ricky" Enriquez is left with the assets of his deceased Korean business partners!
This man is dangerous! He goes by the name of Ricky Enriquez. Be very careful of this criminal! We do not understand why the Koreans keep on recommending him to each other. We surmise they do not know how many Korean business partners have been murdered or disappeared before they became just another mark!
