These rapes are obviously false. The police and N.B.i. officials type up stories,a add to stories and tell their women to memorize them!

Japanese tourist nabbed for rape

MANILA -- Police operatives nabbed a 54-year-old Japanese tourist for allegedly molesting a 19-year-old aspiring entertainer inside a hotel Saturday evening in Manila.
Manila Police District Women's and Children's Protection Desk (MPD-WCPD) personnel arrested Murrain Naohiko, a transient at the Green Mango Inn along Aguirre Avenue, in BF Homes, Parañaque City, on the complaint of the alleged victim, a resident of Malolos, Bulacan.
The policemen reportedly waited for Murami to check out of a hotel in Manila before placing him under arrest.
Reports of the MPD-WCPD showed that the alleged rape happened at around 7:30 p.m., Saturday, inside a hotel room at the corner of Quirino Avenue and Ignacia Street in Malate.
In her complaint, the 19-year-old claimed that Murami drugged her and she found herself naked when she woke up.
The complainant said that before the alleged rape, she was applying for a job as a singer in Japan. She added that she learned that Murami was recruiting entertainers and decided to meet him Saturday night at a mall in Manila to hand over the required documents.
When they met, the foreigner reportedly invited her for dinner and brought her to a hotel room, where he claimed he would sign the documents to enable her to travel to Japan.
She said that once inside the hotel room, Murami reportedly offered her juice, which she drank. She then felt dizzy and was knocked out. When she regained consciousness, she allegedly found herself completely naked. The complainant said she immediately dressed up and left the hotel room, while the Japanese was reportedly inside the bathroom.
The teenager then proceeded to the MPD Ermita police station 5 to report the rape, leading to the Japanese man's arrest.
The suspect is now in the custody of the MPD-WCPD pending the filing of a rape charge against him.
We guarantee you that DNA from the man was not taken from her or even attempted to be taken and tested! but we guarantee you that she has told her friends the doctors got DNA which proved the poor fellow raped her! They all say this!
Why not ask them both to take a polygraph test given by anyone not associated with anyone in the P.I., like an American company based on U. S. soil?

((Mar 11 09)) MANILA, Philippines - An American film and television producer was charged in Palawan Tuesday for allegedly raping his 17-year-old helper twice last February, a radio report said Wednesday.
Radio dzBB's Palawan affiliate reported the police's Criminal Investigation and Detection Group filed two counts of rape against Matthew Kilburn for the alleged rapes last Feb. 23 and 25.

Police, in their complaint, said the suspect allegedly threatened to harm the victim if she told authorities about her ordeal.
((May we venture to mention that his young lady went by several police stations every day and could have walked in, told her story and the evil American would have been arrested and NEVER given a chance to EVER harm her. We are tired of the police all over the whole damned country using this line which we so easily refuted.))
The complainant said the suspect would force her to drink liquor before molesting her.
((Obviously the drinking part was added by the CIDG extortion-police since a new law was passed to convict an American marine named Daniel smith, when he screwed a register whore after she had a few drinks! she did admit the rape did not occur, but corrupt racist P. I. lawmakers quickly passed the drinking law to convict him that way! We venture to guess they are all guilty of rape as they screw their many mistresses after drinking and dancing at parties.))
