Cops Murder Another Man In A Police Station
This story of "grabbing" or "taking" a policeman's gun is abused to the point that it seems all policeman stand with their hips toward criminals offering their pistols to them! We are tired of hearing this sameo-sameo story used when the police want to murder someone who is already arrested or someone they do not like!

((Feb 19 09)) CEBU CITY, Philippines—A man, suspected to be mentally unstable, was shot dead inside the police headquarters in Mandaue City on Thursday after he grabbed a policeman’s gun and tried to shoot at the people inside the station.
(("Suspected of being mentally unstable. The M.Fers. have a number of standard form reports for their rub-outs and they simply fill-in the name/names and dates))
((HE grabbed the policeman's gun!! We believe in the tooth fairy too))
The man went to the Mandaue City Police Office Thursday morning, claiming he needed protection from somebody trying to kill him. While a policeman was attending to him, he suddenly snatched the cop’s .45 pistol then started to shoot anyone in sight.
((Looks like he needed protection from the damned police!))
Fortunately, while the gun was loaded with a magazine, it was not loaded into the chamber, so it did not fire.
((Every policeman carries s bullet in the chamber because they are so hated they want instant protection.))
Two policemen fired shots at the man, killing him instantly.
Senior Superintendent Orlando Ualat, chief of the Mandaue City Police Office (MCPO), said circumstances forced his men to shoot the man, which was not identified as of press time.
((Yes, those nasty "circumstances forced". This senior superintendent Orlando Ualat is a known murderer wearing a police uniform. Senior superintendent Orlando Ualat extorts bribes to allow child trafficking in his AO (Area of Operation). Feb 10 09 he was chosen as the new Mandaue City Police Office (MCPO) director.
He is already involved in a "Police Cover-up" of a lady who worked in a call center being murdered! He transferred a policeman who was investigating the murder so the investigation would suffer. It does not pay to be a good investigator when "Cover-ups" involve higher ranking superiors ... read more

“The policemen who responded presumed the firearm was loaded so they shot him,” Ualat said.))
He recalled that a few minutes before the man went berserk, the man approached him at the MCPO compound shortly after he arrived from his regular patrol operation.
The man was asking assistance because somebody was allegedly chasing him, Ualat said.
He said that one of his policemen told him that the man had actually been inside the police compound for a couple of hours and appeared to be mentally unstable.
Ualat said he immediately ordered base police (assigned as guard) Police Officer 1 Mervin Candido to call the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DWSD) and turn over the man to its social workers.
He then proceeded to his office at the second floor of the MCPO headquarter and was about to enter his office when he heard a burst of gunfire.
Ualat said the man snatched the gun from Candido’s waist. Candido apparently had presumed that the man was harmless,\ Ualat said.
A policeman, who asked not to be named as he was not authorized to speak about the incident, said there was a scuffle between Candido and the man at the entrance’s hallway but the police officer was overpowered because the man was bigger.
The guy poked the gun at anybody at the hallway and chased PO2 Silas Llanado, assigned at the Intelligence Division, according to the policeman.
While running, Llanado drew his gun and fired at the man who was hit in the eye.
Another policeman, Police Officer 3 Ranilo Valiente of Precinct 2 who happened to be at the MCPO headquarter, saw Llanado being chased by a gun-wielding man and shot the attacker.
The man was described to be about 45 years old, with heavy build, straight hair and wearing blue shirt and dark blue basketball shorts.
His body was brought to a funeral parlor in Mandaue City, Ualat said.
((Ah, if you look closely you see the police are mental health people, dumb enough to let a man steal a gun from a holster, good and kind to call social people to help the man, weak in physical strength, and expert shooters shooting him in an eye. To us this is simple, they murdered the man! You have to be in an embassy there for 2 to 3 years to see the daily reports and receive the briefings, etc. and soon you get the picture of what is going on.))
