By late February, 2009 some news media people in the Angeles City area are beginning to speak up and expose the rottenness as they have not done in years.

Police senior superintendent, Pierre Bucsit is Angeles City police chief ((Feb 09)). He talked of the low crime rate and high rate of solving crimes. Yea, right! We believe in the tooth fairy also.

They have murdered, looted, protected drug running, drug pushers, helped drug lords, protected gun runners, dealt in murder, set-ups, kidnapped foreigners, planted drugs on foreigners and the like.
