Angeles City is a very dangerous place, a place where thieves murder the people they have stolen from.
The easiest way to murder someone is to hire the police to make the hit. They take care of the victim and if the killer/killers are caught they all whitewash it all through the Hall of Injustice with corrupt prosecutors and corrupt judges, whom receive a cut from every whitewashed crime!

There are other exposures. This man lives for the thrill of stealing big money. He is now scamming using a front company called "York Fidelity" and the "Lexus Project" in the red light district of Angeles City, P. I. . The thief is a genius in setting up many and varied scams.
Do a yahoo and google search on the man and you can find more scams he has done to other people.
