Nothing will be done to them as long as they keep paying their protection insurance. This is the way the place works.

This order of crime bosses is a basic truthful sampling. There are so many, many, more involved we did not place here. Tentacles of this beast go out in many, many, different paths, but this is basic.
There are drugs, drug protection by police, some police manufacturing the drugs, protecting hitmen, police hiring hitmen, police kidnap gangs, police extortion gangs, police set-up gangs, immigration human trafficking, gun smuggling and running, fire insurance for businesses, street vendors pay directly to the mayor, Bureau of Revenue payoffs, check stealing by postal officials, banks cashing these checks for criminals for a cut of each check, stealing parts of shipments because Clark air base is a free duty zone, customs' officials stealing the country blind and ransoming shipments into their country and everyone in power in any job is stealing. Whew! that makes a person tired just typing and we could type many more.
