The President of the Philippine Islands want to change the form of government to as British type of parliamentary type. She hopes to be a dictator for life! The U. S. Embassy, which exerts much control there, does nothing.
The CIA masks itself as a great protector American democracy, but overseas supports dictators.
The weight of the CIA is currently being used to back GMA and at the same time they are also backing Lacson, Razon and others. Then to insure their power, they are going to be backing Isagani Nerez in 15 to 20 years into the future! All murderous drug pushers! And the CIA knows they are! We suspect the CIA is part of the drug business in Asia and working with triads in Asia and drug labs in the P.I.!
We know of the Chinese looking American CIA fellow who visited certain Angeles City Hotel owners! We know why he visited!
We have an Iranian problem thanks to the CIA. We were given a Cuban problem when the CIA actually backed Fidel Castro, then they gave us a Laos-Vietnam war. Then in Cambodia a power vacuum caused by the CIA in Laos and Vietnam allowed Pol Pot to murder 3 million of his own people! Will the Philippine Islands also be another great problem because of the CIA? Need we mention they blew it on 911?

Political striptease

Author: Artchil Fernandez, Hot and Spicy, ◙ The Daily Guardian “STOP titillating the nation,” former president Fidel V. Ramos (FVR) told President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (PGMA). The statement of the former president accurately captures the current act PGMA is engaging the nation – political striptease.
Striptease dancers usually titillate their audience by baring little by little, heightening the desire and interest of the audience for every removal of a piece of clothes. The affair of course ends with the dancer revealing all at the last part of the number or the show, giving the audience the ultimate climax.
Something sinister is being cooked at the highest level of power and the political striptease of PGMA is the grand part of a gigantic evil plot – subvert the democratic process of the country for the President to stay in power for life.
As every day passes, the panic and fear of PGMA is becoming more and more evident and she slowly unveils her plan. Fearful of the fate that awaits her when her term ends on June 30, 2010, PGMA is plotting to stay in Malacañang for life.
Her rule is marked by the grandest scandals of graft and corruption, grave abuse of power and numerous evils she inflicted on the Philipino people.
After she retires, it will be payback time and she is certainly will be made to account for her high crimes against the nation. Her fate could be worst than the disgraced president Erap Estrada and she will be joining the rank of Marcos, Stalin, Somoza, Amin, Pol Pot and other infamous leaders. This is what it will try to prevent and for her, the only way out in this dilemma power for life.
PGMA is considering several options. One is constituent assembly or Con Ass. The present Constitution is revised and the form of government is shifted from presidential to parliamentary. A change in the form of government to parliamentary will enable PGMA to run for a seat in parliament in Pampanga. She is then elected as Prime Minister in the new government, hence remaining in power forever.
This explains the Con Ass express being pushed by the House of Representa-thieves minus the Senate. The Upper House is solidly against Con Ass at this time and if the Senate is involved Con Ass is bound to fail. The solution of PGMA’s allies is HR 1109 or a Senate-less Con Ass. HR 1109 is loaded with legal impediments but the President is hopeful the Supreme Court will remove the legal bloc.
Will the Supreme Court go along with the “gang rape” of the Constitution? It is uncertain at this point but many believe majority of the members of the High Tribunal will follow their conscience. PGMA is not sure how the High Court will stand on the issue.
The streets will also be a battleground should the administration impose HR 1109. This arena will have an unpredictable outcome. It could go puff but it could also galvanize another people power revolt. PGMA cannot afford to gamble on another people power uprising for it will facilitate her early exit from Malacanang and probably send her to the gallows.
The other is for her to run as representative in Pampanga and get herself elected as Speaker of the House. PGMA is banking the position will give her immunity from suit. But this assumption can be challenged legally and PGMA may not have the immunity she so desires. With a new President in place in 2010, PGMA cannot be sure she will get the Speaker post. It is a known fact that in politics, no one can becomes the Speaker of the House without the backing of Malacanang. There is no guarantee the new President will dance with PGMA’s tune.
Pundit Amando Doronila points out the current foreign trips of the President could a search for asylum. Fearful of her fate after June 30, 2010, PGMA according to Doronila could be seeking for a safe haven. The dictator Ferdinand Marcos never had a chance to look for a safe refuge when he was driven from power in 1986. PGMA might be trying to avoid the dictator’s fate.
But time is running out for PGMA and it is doubtful her political striptease will save her from the guillotine. FVR in his warning to PGMA told her bluntly, “Dictatorships, monopolies, and dynasties do not endure. Neither do self-serving and distrusted national leaders.” These words are harsh considering they came from a chair emeritus of the newly merged LAKAS-KAMPI-CMD and an alleged PGMA ally.
If FVR can say this, one cannot image the rage and anger in the hearts and minds of every well meaning Filipino on the attempts of PGMA to impose rule on the country to eternity. The President and her allies should be warned that they are courting political annihilation with their effort to prevent the country from having a fresh start through the 2010 elections. Even a tightly controlled country like Iran is on upheaval as alleged stealing of recent presidential election results surfaced.
Philippines is more politically volatile than Iran. The Filipino people will never allow their will to be stolen or subverted again. It is time for PGMA to go and face responsibility for the evil deeds she inflicted on the Filipino people.
