Mexico gets the news as they battle drug lords, but most embassies know that one country is totally tainted from top to bottom by drug money, The Philippine Islands!
When we first placed this site up, under another name, 18 months ago we simply asked for a few small trivial things to be done to set the record straight for a few people whom were charged unjustly. No one responded!
Observe where your "Get-the-bloody-ell-out-of-me-face" attitude has taken you? We have tons more than what you see here, we told you, but no one believed us. Do ye believe us now, eh?

When there is another Presidential change, the new President will be visited, by Bong Pineda and Kim Wong or a major representatives from them.
Kim Wong is hands-down the top drug lord, originally hooked up to Ping Lacson. Now he favors General Razon! Kim, we know who will be running for Mayor of Manila and who is backing this top official!
Bong Pineda runs guns, operates illegal gambling - jueteng - and manufactures, distributes and smuggles drugs.
We do not know how much the P. I. President makes from Kim Wong each month to protect his drugs nor do we know how much she is given each month from Bong Pineda to protect his drug business, but it would be reasonable to believe she is receiving at least $4,000 to $7,000 per month.
Three years ago she is receiving 120,000 (($2,526)) pesos per month from illegal gambling called jueteng.
In short these two men will gain access to police protection of all of their operations. Included will be prosecutors and judges whom will rule the way they are instructed. They are to protect people caught by any agency not aware of the Presidential protection. Such as happened in the Alabang Boys situation! The Department of Injustice is told and will protect all drug lords, and police caught helping them!
When Gloria Macapagal Arroyo made her self the new drug Czar she insured that she commands all agencies and makes them comply to protect all illegal drug operations by "HER" criminals! There will be wildcatters whom the police are free to extort or arrest ss they see fit to do. Whatever makes them the most money for their own personal bank accounts.
Many of the judges and prosecutors send their illegal money out to America to their relatives or children living there. They keep it hidden in other ways too.
The whole police agency for the whole country ((Philippine National Pillagers -PNP)) is in reality, an national organized criminal gang with its own intel agency, spies, and such! These criminals work in illegal drug operations, among others, and profit from drugs and illegal gambling just as CIDG senior superintendent Isagani Nerez has and his classmate senior superintendent Pierre Bucsit of Angeles City!
Jueteng ((illegal gambling)) originally was the concept and operation of a black crime boss in Chicago. He had everything he wanted from people wagering only dimes and quarters. It was brought to the P. I. by a white mafia boss in the 1950s where he made contacts with political figures and united into a half-a-world crime organization, howbeit loosing organized!
We have "murder-for-hire with police committing the "murder-for-hire" and protection of the murderers, if caught. We will expose this the week of June 14, 09.
This protection is included in the price of the hit and includes protection all through the justice system starting with prosecutors and judges in Angeles City where they will end all investigation and set the murderers or attempted murderers free!
Come back because in 7 to 9 more days we are going to drop a sledge hammer on chief inspector Louie Tan, Angeles City prosecutor Oliver Garcia, attorney Mark Allen Sison and Angeles City Mayor Francis "Blueballs" Nepomuceno! "Blueballs" is a term some of the local media have given to Francis Nepomuceno. They use this term snidely behind his back.
We have a mistake in the left lower box. "Dennis Pineda" is the father of the drug/gambling lord, "Bong Pineda". Bong Pineda, with the Prez's protection imports chemicals use in the drug making process!

((Jun 12 09)) Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is plundering the beautiful Philippine Islands and making drug addicts of her own people for personal greed and gain! One out of every eleven (6.7 million) Philipinos, remaining in their country, are hooked on illegal drugs! They must hustle, steal, report on each other to the police for a few pesos, set up cons in order to feed their drug habit. This makes for a much higher rime rate! All because Gloria Macapagal Arroyo protects at least two drug lords and their drug distribution networks!

The drug problem in the Philippines remains significant. There is widespread use of illegal drugs nationwide, although national statistics on drug use are inaccurate, according to the Chairman of the Dangerous Drug Board (DDB). As evidenced by drug seizures in 2008, the Philippines continued to be a producer of methamphetamine and marijuana.
While the scope of the drug problem is immense. As a relatively new agency, the Philippine Drug enforcement Agency's ((PDEA's)) effectiveness remains hampered by a lack of investigatory discipline, leading to the dismissal of cases for insufficient evidence.
Corruption of police and other public officials remains an obstacle to better law enforcement; over 60 police officials were relieved from duty during the year for their alleged involvement with a clandestine laboratory. Pending whistle blower legislation, if passed, could help to fight corruption.
Illegal drugs and precursor chemicals also enter and leave the country through seaports, economic zones, and airports. Children are often used as street drug runners because of the difficulty in prosecuting them when they are caught in possession of illegal drugs. The Philippines is a party to the 1988 UN Drug Convention.
II. Status of Country
The Philippines continues to have a significant drug problem, based on quantitative data of the number of arrested drug traffickers, high-volume seizures of dangerous drugs, regular diversion of controlled precursors, and essential chemicals, as well as the number of clandestine laboratories identified and dismantled. A recent survey by the Philippine National Police (PNP) shows illegal drug usage is the fourth most pressing law enforcement problem in the Philippines.
The official government estimate of druggies is there are 6.7M illegal drug users in the Philippines, but it has been acknowledged in 2008 that the estimate was based on a flawed methodology and is likely much larger. ((The actual number of druggies is closer to 18 percent! That is almost one out of every five persons! An amazing number! They must get their drug money somewhere and with the natural tendency of the corrupt extortion police, foreigners are the easiest targets! They know the police, attorneys, prosecutors and judges will all jump in to make it a "feeding frenzy" and they get to go free to ply their trade again!))

We may rarely use slang terms that some may consider racist. We are realists. We know that all peoples use these same terms. Some call it pride of country, others call it racism.
Philipinos use these racist terms against other nations and especially among their various tribal groups. They do not consider themselves racist for using words against Igorots or people from Samar or Visayas and neither do we when we use the word, "Flip", which you will very rarely see on this site.
