What is published
here was placed on another web site in 2007, under another name, until we changed the name to centralluzoncorruption.com and placed it here.
We were the first to break the attack by Israel on
a North Korean managed nuclear site in Syria. We placed that up
a few days afterward, before the media knew there had even been an attack.

What we are
going to do on this web site is what our sister organization (National
Intelligence Coordinating Agency - NICA), which was founded in
the 1950s by "The company", the "C. I. A.". also known
as "The
good guys", calls a "slow-constriction".
We have
heard some of of our very embassy colleagues say that, "Those
guys are
not in the loop. Only a one page web site?". The men and women
saying this only prove their ignorance of the secret workings of
our and other embassies in The Philippine Islands. In-other-words
they do not nor never will "Have a need to know".
Others in the embassy have been
ordered to,
"Get whomever is doing this before they cause a relations
nightmare". We do not need some corrupt Senator, being exposed and
him paying forty poor people to demonstrate outside."
We are surprised at the quick response
from certain officials, but somehow we believe it is the possible
exposure of certain embassy officials' strange sex lives. And that
is a very real possibility if strong measures are not taken by
certain officials not keeping proper files on our own foreign nationals.

We believe a slight hint of our
bonifides are in order and what better way to do this than to describe
going into the back of the U. S. embassy, say in Taipei.
We could describe headquarters at Langley
and the CIA seal and crest really being on the floor at the main
entrance and the list of names for past agents whom have been killed
in action on the wall ((A star for each one with name)), etc., but that can be found almost by anyone.
How about describing NSA headquarters
under-the-facade of the exterior? Maybe it is still not classified
to say that the whole building, under the exterior facade, is sheathed
in copper and some places in copper and lead. Maybe can can mention
the protection to the whole mega-structure as being sheathed in
another metal to stop a radio-active pulse destroying all computers
and communications.
Or maybe we can describe the old
place outside Washington some distance that has many underground
levels for the top leaders of our government in case of a nuclear
war?
One more but
with detail let us revisit Taipei.
Go into the back of the old U.
S. Embassy in Taipei and go through the guarded gate, show your
badge at the little guard house on the left, then right-face and
walk straight down the sidewalk at a perpendicular angle to the
embassy building. Go through the door and up a few steps. There
directly in front of you is a hall-way. You can turn right and
go down the hall or left toward the CIA section. Or, if you like
you can walk straight into the the office of Naval Intelligence
(ONI) which is across the hall 1.5 metres. If you do not step across
the hall, but turn left then you can go down a door or so. On the
left is a door to a room used mainly to meet agents/assets, etc.
Walk through the door on the left
and you enter a room that opens up to the left as you step in.
On the wall, on the hall-side of the room, is a large and old map
of Taiwan or at least it was there from the 1950s to at least 1997.
That map should be replaced because it is so old that it must have
come out of a pyramid in Egypt. A newer one should be put
upon that wall by now. But this room was not used for main work,
but a room to meet the agents working for us like the one who exposed
the Taiwanese (KMT) nuclear work in the 90s. We flew him and his
family out of the Taichung airbase to safety in America.
Or how about the inspections of
the Taiwanese nuclear facilities and all of the many, many, radio-active
leaks? The public has never been informed. What about the very
poor safety record and lack of real initiative in foreseeing nuclear
accidents enough to take proper preventive measures? What about
the American contract workers who have secretly worked on the main
nuclear reactor in an attempt to make it safer and just threw up
their hands in disbelief, some refusing to stay there and work
any longer?
How about the criminal element,
their total criminal control of the KMT?
We all knew this, the U. S. government at all levels knew this.
The chief of station in Taipei and old Chiang's son (deceased about
1987-88) having their drinking contests and partying with the
whores at Pei Tou hot springs weekly? Chiang's son in charge of
the secret police before coming to power as "President",
disappearing people they called "communists" just as
his father did, but these Chinese were not communists.
Or about our CIA
teaching torture techniques to the KMT controlled secret police
and to the Philipinos? Or old Chiang Kai-Shek (b. October 31,
1887 – d. April 5, 1975) pretending to
be a Christian? If there is a God in heaven then old Chiang went
to one of the hottest places in hell to pay for all of the many
he tortured, ordered to be tortured, killed by ramming the victim's
car with BMW cars to look like accidents and a multitude of other
ways, personal murders, millions of Chinese he caused to starve,
hundreds of millions of dollars stolen with the U. S. government
knowing it, selling of opium to his own people, but when the Japanese
came in and took his opium fields, he then bought from the Japanese
military occupiers, and selling U.S. lend-lease weapons to the
Japanese. All with the United States government State Department
(Foggy bottom boys) full knowledge. There are some very mean people
working in the U. S. State Department. They will have
their leader, Colin Powell at the time, go to Russia to try to
free a Russian oil baron and thief, but will not make a single
mention when he visited The Philippine Islands about freeing Americans
held on false charges.
One thousand and six hundred or
so people disappeared under the Marcos husband-wife team and the
current Philippine Islands government, under a woman President
who is stealing millions, is working to catch up to him. On top
of this the Philippine Islands government passing an anti-terror
bill which only helps them arrest political opposition people,
poor whose lands are being stolen, and "disappear" them!
Enough, we say. We are not going to back a corrupt Philippine Islands
government that is almost where old Chiang was. Enough is enough.
Do you Understand?
The name was not C.I.A. in Taipei,
since our government downgraded diplomatic relations with Taiwan
to favor the communists in China, but our section of the Taipei
station was called, "Research Institute." We handed out
our business cards with "Research Institute" printed
on them. Ha. Ha. Ha, Ha, ha.
What about the wounded
vets in Iraq or Afghanistan having so many arms and legs cut off
because it would cost too much to do rehabilitation with the arms
and legs that actually could have been saved. Cutting them off
is some more "cost effective" in the long run than allowing
the men to keep them! Our team is spread all over the globe.
How about the last glaring report
send from our Saudi embassy to the foggy bottom boys in 2007? Want that
published here?
The Israelis bombed, into powder,
a nuclear facility in Northeast Syria in mid September, 2007. The facility
was built with North Korean help. The Syrians placed thousands
of men and dozens of machines at work to clear the area knowing
that a satellite was over-head or passing over the next day. You
heard the information on this web site first.
Here is one for you. Israel,
with secret U. S. help, may attack the nuclear facilities of Iran
before February 2, 2009.
The ChiComs did gain access
into defense department computers here and also into
the main U. S. embassy in China. All we ask for is some very forceful
attitude on the part of you State Department officials in freeing
Americans you know to be kidnapped by typical crooked officials
over there in the Philippine Islands. Some of you have Philipina
mistresses, some are involved in wild sex parties, while the people whom you are to
serve rot in Philippine Island jails!

see and are going to do what the embassies are afraid to do, protect
their citizens from the criminals running The Philippine Islands!
We are tired of seeing Army personal in the AFP (Armed Forces of
The Philippines) being trained in the latest torture techniques,
murder, and given very secret sophisticated ease-dropping equipment
so they can waste it (steal and sell it to countries not friendly
to the West) and spy on each other, depending on who is in power!
All The Philippine C.I.A. is (NICA) is a private spying agency
for whoever may be in power at the time and used mostly to spy
on the opposition party members. Prime targets are staff members
and guards in the Presidential Palace (The Philippine "white
house"), congressional
leaders' bodyguards and drivers, guards and drivers of attorneys
of influence (Like the driver of a certain criminal acting as an attorney,Baguio attorney Abelardo
Estrada being a goldmine of information), police, policemen, their
guards and drivers, etc. You get the picture.

Looking out of the DCI (Director
of Central Intelligence - C. I. A. director) on the 7th floor at
Langley one can see the pretty countryside and tops of many trees.
Of the thousands that work for "The Company" or "The Agency" not
many get to go into the DCI's office.
And who can forget the chain smoking
(Virginia slims) of Eagleton and the scary possibility he was
a spy for the Russians.

American and his "friend" the Philipino Reverend, official
(whose last name begins with an "S") on disk. We do
pray that nothing happens to this American. If any unkind
happening occurs then we are going to BLAME YOU. These

have been retrieved from N. . . and are on DVD ready to upload
to this site and to Youtube.
You stay out and we will not
show bank deposits made to your account nor two tape recordings
and the text messages. Digital photos of these deposit slips, some
to your "intel friend" in La Union under aliases at banks, etc.
are already on disks, and in place to upload if any unkind happening
occurs. Fair enough, we believe.
You will find us much
harder to manipulate, control by shuffling, lying to, stealing
from, then finally betraying than the American you so easy manipulated
