((Feb 14 09)) A week to ten days ago someone came on the Angeles 2 forum and told everyone that all of the people living in the Angeles City area owned us a debt of gratitude because the police are being shuffled out to other places and the crime rate has gone down. Within a few hours that post was removed by the owner of the forum. He will allow people who are angry with each other to say they will kill each other, yet he removes a post giving accolades to us, whom have helped the area more than anyone in decades!

((Dec 21 08)) We are going to post another link to another website. Do not place any blame on the man who authors this web site for his article. He is, as far as we know, one of only two attorneys in The Philippine Islands that we can say are honest. We are sure there must be a few more, but we only know of two.
At this link is an article written by the attorney who publishes Punto, a Pampanga Province area newspaper. Angeles City is one city in the province of Pampanga. Main website home page.
This attorney-publisher, as far as we can find out, is wise and is honest. He must be careful in what he prints or he could end up being "disappeared" by Mayor "Blueboy" Nepomuceno (Real name, Francis Nepomuceno), Chief superintendent "Screwy-youie-Louie' Louie Tan and a host of other police scum and other criminals who want to protect their illegal ops.
We had a meeting to decide if we would place this man in danger if we recommended him. If any honest person wants their website taken off of this page then send us an email to thomassaligao@mailvault.com telling us to take your site off. We do not want to bring harm to any of you.
There are two other websites that provide lots of "Sin City" fill-in information. Some of their info we have placed on this site like what to do when the police come to your home, about your rights under Philipino laws and such.

Website ‘already hurting’ Angeles

"ANGELES CITY – City police director Senior Supt. Pierre Bucsit said yesterday that this city is “already hurting” because of an active website exposing purported anomalies and naming allegedly involved officials mostly in this city.
Bucsit said local officials have remained helpless amid lack of means to have the website scrapped. He said there are yet no solid proofs on suspicions that the website is authored by a Filipino-American woman living in this city.
The website centralluzoncorruption.com is reportedly accessed by thousands each week from all over the world since it came out earlier this year. It warns potential foreign tourists and those already here against pedophilia frame-ups for extortion with local officials and cops allegedly behind them, among other alleged anomalies.
“Angeles is already hurting because of the website,” Bucsit said in a meeting with local media hosted here by Mayor Francis Nepomuceno. He did not say how, but there are reports of lesser tourist arrivals since the website came out.
The website, however, seem to have created some security for some expatriates and foreign tourists here. It has threatened to come out with more exposes against some members of the local police unless they cease from their alleged extortion operations against foreigners in this city.
An American expatriate who requested anonymity claimed to Punto! that revelations in the website were “largely credible”. He had been a businessman in this city for many years.
While the website zeroes in largely on alleged anomalies in this city, it also highlights cases in other parts of the country, such as Baguio City and Nueva Ecija.
It has an article titled “Angeles City, set-up capital of the P.I.”, referring to alleged cases of framing up foreigners and extorting from them. It cited the case of Australian national Dr. Steven Soul who has fled to his country after cops allegedly set him up in a purported frustrated rape attempt on a minor.
Soul met with Punto! and other local journalist before he flew to Australia amid his insistence he was merely framed up. The Australian embassy recently sought help of the Department of Justice in his behalf when a local woman sought to be placed under the government’s witness protection program after she admitted in an affidavit that she had participation in framing up Soul.
One cop who was tagged by the website as allegedly one of the perpetrators of extortion operations against foreigners here recently filed libel charges against an American woman whom he suspected to be behind the website. The woman is known to have been living in this city for some years.
The policeman, who asked not to be named, denied the allegations in the website.
He also said he had evidence to prove that the American woman was behind the website. He claimed that his photo on the website was taken by the same woman during his meeting with some officials of the Angeles prosecutor’s office.
He also said that a British expert he knew was able to trace the source of the website in Hong Kong, as he noted reports that the American woman he suspected had been meeting here with some Chinese tourists who, he added, might have helped her establish the website."

The police haven't got a clue as they stumble around in the dark trying to prevent the truth from being published.
