With Presidential-approved military and police death squads roaming and murdering with impunity, how can people feel safe and/or realize their dreams?
Great blames lies with a compromised United States, State Department whom continues to give training to, specialized equipment to and funding and grants to the varied police and military groups while knowing the full truth gathered through intel gathering methods.
In 2008 there was not any debate that the P.I. was the most dangerous in the world for news media people who reported on the real facts of a corrupt police state.
Thus far in 2009 the ignominious honor for the second most dangerous country in the world for news media people is the P. I.

((Feb 6 09)) Philippine radio broadcaster was fighting for his life in hospital on Friday after being shot, the latest media figure to be targeted in the country, police and reports said.
Nilo Labares, head reporter at dxCC-Radio Mindanao Network, was shot twice in the chest late Thursday by two masked gunmen who then sped off.
Police said Labares was in a critical condition in hospital after the shooting in the southern city of Cagayan de Oro on Mindanao Island.
Labares, 47, had received a threat on his cell phone two weeks ago warning him not to continue his radio station's campaign against illegal gambling in the area, the station's news chief Rey Maraunay told AFP. ((Armed Forces Philippines))
The injured journalist, who is married and has worked for the station for more than 10 years, is also editor-in-chief of a local weekly paper called "Sports and News", Maraunay said.
President Gloria Arroyo ((GMA, the bucktoothed dwarf)) had told the director general of the national police force "to leave no stone unturned to ensure justice is done and identify the killers," her press secretary Cerge Remonde said.
((This bucktoothed Hitler is the head of all death squads. Her orders to crush dissent is why the man was shot! What a darned hypocrite!))
The Paris-based Reporters Without Borders and the New York-based Committee to Protect Journalists rank the Philippines as the second most dangerous country for journalists after Iraq.

((2 23 09)) A radio broadcaster was shot dead in the southern Philippines Monday shortly before he was due to begin his daily talk show, police said.
Ernie Rullen, 58, was waiting for a minibus to take him to work in Ozamiz City on the southern island of Mindanao when two unidentified gunmen on a motor bike shot him at point-blank range.
Joy Reyes of Radio DXSY in Ozamiz City told local media that police were investigating the shooting.
"Rullen had parked his motorcycle and was walking to the bus stop when he was gunned down," Reyes said.
Reyes said the motive for the shooting was not known but could be related to Rullen's morning talk show on Radio DXSY, which Rullen had hosted for the past eight years and which discussed corruption and crime.
Rullen is the second journalist shot dead in the Philippines this year. In January, Badroddin Abbas, a part-time radio broadcaster and Muslim peace activist, was killed in an ambush in southern Cotabato City.
Rullen is the 64th journalist killed since President Gloria Arroyo came to power in 2001, according to the National Union of Journalists of the Philippines.

((Jan 22 09)) Thirty-eight year old Badroddin Abbas, who hosted a talk-back radio programme on DXCM radio, was killed instantly when he was shot in the head after two suspects waylaid his vehicle in Cotabato city, police said.
"The motive could be personal or it could have something to do with his work as a radio announcer," said city police chief Senior Superintendent Willie Dangane. ((This M.F. knows who murdered the man!))
Abbas was the 63rd journalist killed since President Gloria Arroyo came to power in 2001, according to the National Union of Journalists of the Philippines.

((May 24 09)) On May 2 09 news correspondent Maribel Pacis Langley-Van Keulen was attacked outside her home by a man waiting in ambush. He used a board with nails driven through it in his attempt to puncture her heart and brain. The man was ordered to murder her by chief inspector Louie Tan, old "Screwy-youie-Louie"!
What kind of man hits a woman let-alone someone that tries to murder a woman. Not much of a man, but the police believe he is a good man, read on!
She was able to kick his arse and village officials arrested him taking him to station four whose head is chief superintendent Ronaldo Lorenzo.
Within two weeks this man who tried to murder this little lady American news correspondent was bailed out of jail by a Yugoslavian arms dealer, named "Steve" who just happens to be "Taking up donations" to clean up and rebuild part of station four! Money talks in the P. I.
With the Prez of the country Gloria Macapagal Arroyo promising to take actions to protect news-media personages why was her attempted murderer let out of jail so soon and without Miss Maribel Pacis Langley-Van Keulen being notified beforehand.
Police cell traffic after Miss Maribel Pacis Langley Van-Keulen discovered that her attacker had been given the VIP treatment, indicated that she was threatened by chief superintendent Ronaldo Lorenzo!
Only in the P. I. can a person be right, but have the blame placed on them! Only in a police state can this happen.
The normal signs of a coming murder known to be done by or with the approval of the police are thus,
The police give the orders to their snitches and people like Roger Wheeler to spread rumors among people and businesses that a certain person is Satan's right hand man. They may file court cases against the person so they cannot go into hiding or else loose the court cases. In other words they make sure the intended victim remains in their area or at least had to come back into their area. Louie Tan and two men he uses to fix cases with the Angeles City Prosecutor's Office also filed charges against this little lady to keep her around to be a target any time they choose to murder her.
Every police raid conducted against bars, every bad thing said, is attributed to this person they are planning to murder! This goes on for some months until finally no one will speak out when the supposed offender is murdered or disappeared. They all believe he/she deserved it!
It has been true in Miss Maribel Pacis Langley Van-Keulen situation. We have listened to cell traffic and read emails for 8 to 9 months from police, especially Louie Tan, how she is to be made to look responsible for all businesses having troubles. Then the attempted murder on May 2, 09! Now the attempted murderer is free! How can this be in a country that wants to join the rest of the civilized world?
We placed warnings on this web site for months until you people grew tired of reading them. We warned the police not to "Murder the little lady". Every time we intercepted 3 to 4 of their messages we placed a warning up so they would know we knew what they were planning! Now you readers know why we did that!
The murder attempt was worked out between Gerald Heinen and his arse kissing "chief of security" old "Screwy-youie-Louie" chief inspector Louie Tan!
Madam Prez, are you aware of the goings on in Angeles City in regards to this news correspondent being followed and harassed for months by order of Luisito Tan, formerly the head of station four?
Madam Prez, what about your orders to protect news media people you talked so openly about?
Pierre Bucsit police chief for Angeles, Louie Tan former police chief of station four and chief superintendent Ronaldo Lorenzo we promise to punish you next week!

The victim later said he knew the identities of his attackers.
________
A broadcast journalist Crispin Perez was shot and stabbed to death in the central island of Mindoro on Tuesday in what local authorities said was a "politically motivated" attack.
