The sister of the corrupt mayor of Angeles City is running a scam of her own! We may post her name here if things do not get straightened out with the subdivisions. Actually she is running more than one means of theft, running many as she soaks in the money like a sponge!

How much are you racking in, in legal fees each month while people must buy water to drink? We know approximately how much in theft also. Scary, huh?
Your renters pay some of the highest fees in the whole city to you and they cannot drink your poisonous water you provide. If I were paying more than $300 per month I would want the water to be clean, wouldn't you? What the ell is that? Who the ell do ye think ye are lassy?

((Oct 20 09)) We have been receiving numerous mails from people in their various subdivisions who are sick of getting sick and sick of taking their children to the hospitals. We received 20ish or so last year and another 50ish or so this year. Since posting this 3 days ago we have received 6 more!
Golly darn, woman, time to get your water purified or we shall delve deeper. They cannot take a bath or shower in the filthy water without getting sick because only a minute amount enters their mouths! Do not be like your bother. Once the water is purified we shall remove this page from our site. This is our promise to you.

((Nov 25 09)) We received two mails this week informing us that the water they pay for to be clean is not clean and people are still ordering water to be brought in to their homes.

((Dec 9 09)) Sandra, the sister of Francis "Blueballs" Nepomuceno steals monies for services she charges for, yet does not provide.
She lives in Sunset Valley Mansions with a home that has a swimming pool full of dirty water. She controls and makes charges for many home owners. These home owners are charges certain rates each month for services her "Neplum" organization and office is supposed to provide. Her "Neplum" does not look out for the welfare of any of the homeowners, except her!
We suggest that you home owners ask when the last time the pest control man came to your home to spray.
She charges 2,000 pesos per month for this service to each home owner yet no pest control is actually performed. That is hundreds of thousands of pesos she makes each and every month on just this single charge. More than 200 homes are infested with termites and being eaten up, yet she charges 2,000 pesos per month for this service which she does not provide. She says she does, but many homes have the their rafters eaten away and many more are destroyed enough that it will take tens of thousands of dollars to restore!
She is a thief! Typical considering whom her father was and big brother is.
Some are owned by foreigners and they allow these homes to be rented out and looked after by Sandra's "Neplum" organization and office. Sandra's group does not look out for the welfare of any of the homeowners. She allows so,e that we would call trash to live in them and destroy them, stealing even the bathroom sinks and commodes when they leave!
If you have a home being overseen by Neplum we advise you to take control or let someone you can trust look after your investment! There is not a single home she has protected from termite infestation. Your homes are being eaten 24 hours a day every day of each and every year!
