There are certain sections of the red light district that strangely have lights missing.
There have been 5 robberies the last two weeks in one space of 170 meters where these lights are missing, burned out, and never replaced.
This makes one wonder if certain officials are allowing the murder/robbery gang to not only pay the police for their enterprise, but other officials also.
This below named criminal, Edison Nacu, will never fix the lights to stop the robberies and murders along this short stretch or street. The missing and burned-out lights are putting money into his bank account!

We politely asked the corrupt "mass-grave Mayor", "Blue-balls" Francis Nepomuceno to fix the lights. We tried to persuade him to understand that his racist brown arse-hole predators with guns were preying upon expats and tourists, who are not allowed to carry protection of any kind. He did not like our polite suggestion and he paid the price for his uncaring attitude toward the dozens of robberies and murders of expats.
Mr. Edison Nacu is the Barangay Captain for one of these areas, the main one where many murders and robberies have occurred. A Barangay Captain is an elected official who oversees a small portion of town or a village.
Mr. Edison Nacu, this did not work with the mayor, "old blueballs". We would hope you would help save heartache, robberies and murders by fixing all of the lighting in your area of the red light district.
