How to murder someone who wants to help because he is "fed up with all the corruption". Or was he making money? Regardless he does not deserve to be murdered by a "new guy" who obeyed a former NPA sympathizer, who is an attorney, and an American businessman.
The old saying is the only thing worse than an attorney is a Philippine attorney! "New guy", there is a reason people say that!

Some days ago we received word through an asset, who is a policeman himself, that 3 police and military "special teams" and police SWAT teams were going to rob 3 hotels and kidnap the foreign son of one of those hotel owners. This was being called a "training exercise" by those who gave the teams their orders. They were practicing to take down the hotels and do the kidnapping.
All else we knew were that one of the three hotels name began with an "R" and the heist/kidnapping teams were mostly composed of men from Camp Olivas.
It was only today ((August 31 @ 0900 hours)) that we learned that policemen had cased all three of the hotels on two separate occasions.
The man ((Our asset)) wanted 1,200,000 pesos for the intelligence. Nothing is ever free with it concerns any Philipino as most of you expats living there have discovered. Their payday may not be today, but they are planning a payday behind those snaggled teeth and brown smiles as they warm up to you.
Our asset said he was "Fed up with all of the corruption". This man had given us intel previous to this at no cost, except once he collected a reward for giving a foreigner the names of the men whom had tried to murder him. The foreigner paid him through others, not through us. Going through us would take at least a week.
If this intel comes into your hands what would you do with it? Would you sit on it, watch 3 hotels robbed by S.W.A.T. teams and possibly a child murdered?
We began by looking firstly at Americans and within an hour had one who owned a hotel in his wife's name. Very close to it was a hotel whose local people called "Ramada". There were three hotels on Narciso Street where two snipers could provide cover at night for the robbery of all three at once! It seemed obvious to us and we did not delve into other hotels information.
The asset, the informer,
The man that sent the intel, we figured, was one member of the three teams. He never said he was, but that is what it looked like to us.
We did not only rely upon his word for whom had attempted to murder a foreigner some time before, but independently established the intel through other means with the same positive result. The asset had been right.
Spies have ratings in intelligence circles. So far we had to rate this man as 100%. The best possible spies over time usually have a rating of 85 to 93% or so due to the facts of an ever changing fighting environment and the fact that your enemy will sometimes change his plans at the last minute. Sometimes storms such as typhoons can and do force changes. Thus 85 to 93% is about as good as a spy can be with their intel being correct. This is a number one spy.
Our situation is that this man has been 100% correct, but this was only his 6th bit of intel. Was this intel credible? We mulled this over a few days with the one man loosing nearly 3 days sleep over whether to send a message to the man we suspected being the main focus of this damning police and military "training exercise".
During these few days we got the asset to come down on his price to 800,000 pesos and he would not budge from that price. He informed us he was correct before and risked his life for nothing and once for a small reward and added that he was risking his life this time too. He asked us if any one of us would risk our lives for 800,000 pesos. None of would. Would you?
He was right. We had to act.
How can we send a message saying we have credible intel to the American hotel owner that his hotel might be robbed and a child kidnapped? We had to inform the hotel owner that our asset was selling the intel for 800,000 pesos, and do this without becoming suspect ourselves.
Usual normal-thinking Americans would be thankful for the intel, contact the two other hotels in their area, and pay the price to see if the trouble was intended for them or not. Especially with our previous 100% track record in exposing the scum you men and the poor Philipinos must live and avoid there. Americans usually do not have complicated thought patterns. The Philipinos and long time resident Expats do have the same thought patterns. We are not saying that long time Expats are criminals, but they do know exactly how and are able to think the same as the police mafia there.
The asset had promised us the names of all policeman and military types including the commanders, the date the "training exercise" was to take place in the next two to three weeks, the names of the three hotels and name of the child that was to be kidnapped. We would have exposed them all upon these pages. An investigation would ensue and these types of robberies/kidnappings would not be stopped for at least two to three years, possibly longer. These types of police would have to go back to robbing banks in their areas, instead of robbing hotels and doing kidnappings!
Was the asset planning an extortion? Possibly, but who would take the chance he was? We could not. We had to at least inform the American. There would not be blood on our hands.
We sent an email telling the man who owns the hotel on Narciso Street in Angeles City, red light district what we had, the man wanted 800,000 pesos and we figured that one of the three hotels to be hit was his and possibly the one to be kidnapped was one of his children!
Since this man was a N.A.T.O. contractor and ran the best protected hotel in Angeles City, we favored the man's fine hotel on this web site. We had very similar military and governmental backgrounds. This man looked like a real winner and provides a very good service to his customers. While in his hotel it is impossible for the police or their gangs to set-up his customers with underage girls, their favorite ploy under Chief Inspector Nathan Villegas, Colonel Florendo Saligao and police Chief Inspector Luisito Tan! In addition his hotel has the best security cameras and lighting system in all of Angeles City, hands down!
The problem is that his hotel is on the most dangerous 250 metres of road in Angeles City and the police refuse to fix the lights, the Mayor - old "Blueballs Francis Nepomuceno refuses, the former Barangay captain refused ((he was murdered)) and now the new Barangay captain also refuses to fix the lights! The darkened areas have contributed to a number of murders and robberies.
This 250 meters of darkened street is worked by a robbery/murder gang that has the blessing and protection of the police at station 4! The gang of 5 men pay the police to and have got in return a license to plunder, rob, and murder! The robbery/murder gang do not want the lights fixed, the police do not want the lights fixed, the Mayor does not want the lights fixed and now it is obvious that the Barangay Captain of the area, Edison Nacu, also does not want the lights fixed! Thus it is easily deduced that he also gets a cut from the robbery/murder gang! We already know he does anyhow, without deducing anything! He gets to stay alive by following orders or else they will murder him like they did his predecessor!
These lights can be fixed by the Mayor or Edison Nacu! We punished the Mayor for not fixing these lights! Mr. Edison Nacu, what do we do with you? How's this,
We know who murdered the man who was Barangay Captain before you. We know what calibre of automatic pistola he used too. Do we need to take this further or will you fix those non-operating lights and all lights in your area? The choice is yours to make, old boy! The man who committed the murder has his name already on this web site in other places.
Getting to his hotel has cost the life of at least two men and the robberies of more! More than these have been murdered on that short stretch of about 250 meters walking or going to two other hotels they were staying in or going to check into and/or simply walking by.
The terror under Ferdinand Marcos and his witch of a wife was made more possible by dividing up the whole country into tens. Every ten people had one person assigned to watch them. Each section of the country and towns and cities were divided up into what was called "Barangays". A Barangay Captain was to watch over the men whom were watching over their groups of ten. The mayors and police were to watch the Barangay captains and so on up the ladder. Marcos used to brag that no one could do anything against him without him knowing it. His "Tens" method served him well and has served well the leeches and murderers who followed him and are in power today.
The hotel owner did not thank us. Did not reply and we have had to find out the truth of what went down through our other other gathering techniques. Now we know what has occurred to amount to about 90% probability. As we have stated elsewhere our main problem is what we listen to is usually two days or more old. This is our failing, when many times, we need exact on-the-hour intel!
The police have learned this is true and some have begun to give "special orders" of assassination, murder, theft and such, only in person. These whom have born the brunt of our exposures have begun using text, voice and electronic mail less and less to counter us. However, some of the people that we have never targeted have not. These have not been hammered by us and their security is very lax.
For example the contacting by an American and his "police friend". The "police friend" and General Dela Cruz, whom is a murderer of a long standing! Soon these criminals will be searching their offices to see if we have planted listening devices! We know for a fact that there are not more than 8 bug detectors in their whole country and none of these have up-to-date frequency detection capabilities! They have robbed their technical equipment budgets and placed the monies into their own pockets! Now they pay the price!
All we needed was the one original contact, but this time we had two original contacts. Then simply follow the dumb police. These rascals usually carry two cell phones. One for their wives and legal business and the other, well, you can guess what the other phone is used for. These brown arseholes have steam rolled over everyone for so long they forget they have not trampled over us. Never tell any secret to any Philipino. Congratulations must go to two of the foreigners for secure communications, but not to Bob Lowe!
We have discovered that most likely the hotel owner listened, we believed, to a former communist NPA sympathizer Philipino attorney and at least one, possibly two, long time Angeles City Expats who told him that we, the ones who have been exposing the scum over there, were trying to extort the money from him! We were the scum!
The two expats had been living there long enough to think like a Philipino criminal thinks. Of course the NPA ((Communist New Peoples Army. We guess the hotel owner did not know this.)) sympathizing attorney has grown up with this criminal type of thought pattern and he is worse than an American attorney, he is a Philipino attorney, in a town where the attorneys run the city, where foreigners are murdered at will by the police, and where foreigners are the main targets for police-protected robbery/murder gangs and anything else the attorneys and police can think up to pry money from their pockets!
This one Philipino attorney knows what is going on, runs an online newspaper and yet has not exposed 1/3 of what we have exposed and he knows more or at least as much as we do! We know for a fact, and give him credit, for he will soon expose something this coming week! He has bad security also! If we had the huge man-power needed we could place upon these pages every text message, every phone conversation and electronic mail sent there for any day of the last 10 years! That must be frightening to the criminals there. The C.I.A. and N.S.A. can and have the abilities to solve hundreds of false imprisonments and murders, yet do nothing! We are "fed-up" with that!
There are only three possibilities for this intel coming into our hands,
1. We were trying to extort
2. The asset was attempting to extort
3. The asset was telling the truth
Since the owner, technically his Philipina wife owns it all, is a N.A.T.O. contractor we falsely surmised he would know how to keep secrets. Shit! You do not need to be a brain surgeon to know that the asset trying to help does not need to be compromised! The hotel owner had had intelligence clearances before. The man could obviously be trusted enough to inform him the severity of the problem. We told him we had a policeman feeding us the intel. The hotel owner was used to being around intel and military types. There was no need to inform him of the obvious risk of murder to our asset!

We can make a fortune by not bringing physical harm to anyone. If we wanted to extort money from someone we would do that the sure way, get photographs one or both of them in bed with someone else or kissing someone else in a bar.
Most businesses are set up in the Philipina wife's name. These women know they can rule their husbands through fear of taking his multi million dollar business. If he does not allow them their freedom to run around or spend money like it burns their hands, they simply take it all away, after all it is in their name anyhow! If they want to then they will later murder him, the police come around wanting a cut to whitewash her, and she gets all that she does not have to split with the police! Anytime a foreigners is murdered at home the wife naturally is always suspect. The police want to make money off of her and they do make money off of these types of murders!
To extort anyone all we would have to do was catch the husband and then extort from him. He would pay us or his wife would take all that he had! Simple, easy, no mess to us, and no one's life is placed in danger. This must be considered. Second best would be to extort the wife and in this case we are sure we could extort from some of the three foreigners or the one Philipino attorney! Surely we could. We already know we could use certain intel to harm Pascua and Dela Cruz!
This N.A.T.O. man probably listening to others has harmed and very possibly murdered our asset, the man offering him help! It would be obvious to anyone that he could not tell the police we had an asset, who was a policeman, for it would mean the likely death of our asset. We will never trust this type of intel ever again to anyone, no matter their former security clearance! Our bad!
We told this "hotel owner" that only we could prevent the police op. Of course he could, but at the expense of harming our asset! We should have said, we were the only ones to prevent it without bringing harm and possible death to our police asset! Anyone knows to keep their mouth shut, never reveal an asset to the corrupt police, especially a former N.A.T.O. contractor! Shit! Our letter writing man was wrong!
It is obvious that one of these Philipino long-time expats, ((Bob Lowe)) contacted his friend, Senior superintendent Pascua, who when he came, told him the same - not to answer us and that we were the extortioners. Bob Lowe has a guard agency and Pascua is over the area guard agencies. Obvious to us who called the police in! Mr. Lowe if we were to take time to delve into what you have got going and been doing we wonder what we would discover?
Now the corrupt police are the good guys! Yea, right! The former N.A.T.O. contractor, the hotel owner, obeyed the very people we have been exposing, a Philipino attorney with ties to the communist NPA and the friendly nice warm huggy Philippine National Pillagers police!
Senior superintendent Pascua is basically in charge of what the corrupt policeman named Jimmy Restua got rich from, being charge of guard agencies and extorting from them. How can a man making 15,000 pesos a month, with a mistress to keep up and children to feed, drive anything but a bicycle! One sure way you know a policeman is corrupt is by what he drives, what home he lives and when his foreign ((Expat friends)) friends say he is "not corrupt".
Now the American "hotel owner" has been offered a police bodyguard to "protect him". At least Pascua told Dela Cruz that.
We ask, is this bodyguard going to protect him from us? Does the hotel owner actually believe that?
Why give a bodyguard if the police senior supt. Pascua or Chief Superintendent Leon Nila dela Cruz are right? If the police are right then we are extortioners. The only kidnappers and murderers are the police!
This corrupt murderer, named Leon Nilo dela Cruz, has sent a police car to spy-out the home and area of the female American news correspondent whom has shown more balls than all the men over there put together! He is part of the plan to murder this woman!
Chief Supt. Leon dela Cruz could tell the news media all of the names of the people whom murdered the Canadian Lady Chef at Fontana Leisure resort, but he will not!
Mr. N.A.T.O. contractor, these are your new friends! This police MFer could solve dozens of crimes if he had the balls to do so. No one ever gets past the rank of Lt. unless they are money-making fools. They make money for the higher-ups in their national police mafia or they do not get promotions. These are their rules for advancement and they play only by these rules. Money does the talking, nothing else matters!
The bodyguard reason is the policeman wants a spy to watch the man's every move, possibly place listening devices, get computer passwords if he can, acquire banking info, times of deposits, the best days to rob the guests, get super-good look at their security for a future challenge to get around it. This N.A.T.O. contractor's hotel does have the best security of any hotel in Angeles City. The ideal place to test their "special teams" against.
Why give a bodyguard? We are here and the "hotel owner" is 12,000 miles away! Does the recently promoted senior supt. Pascua know that some police are planning a major heist or thinks they may be planning one? Has he heard rumors at Camp Olivas of such? Then a bodyguard is logical. This hotel owner would be wise to refuse the police offer. Indeed he would. There will be no police op against this man or any hotel for a long time, indeed! Due to us, the police will be afraid for at least a year or more, probably 18 months!
The following persons said we tried to extort from the former N.A.T.O. man,
1. Attorney Gener Endona is a NPA sympathizer. He runs the online newspaper called Punto. In the past this man refused to feed intel to us. He did not want involved in helping us expose the wrongs there. He just did not care! Or does he want the glory and giving us the intel to print means no glory for him! We are not going to pay him and he knows we are not! He wants glory and money!
Did you readers know that most times if the Philipino with the intel informs the police he/she knows what the police are planning or did, that the police will give them a small amount to keep their mouths shut! They make money from intel by selling it to the police! More crooked than a side-winder snake.
2. Mr. Bob Lowe, who is married to a Philipino, owns a guard agency did introduce a policeman Pascua. All police are corrupt, except the ones whom are friends with expats! Chief Inspector Pascua is over all guard agencies.
3. Of course the police echo the former two's thoughts, but yet the police offered a full time police bodyguard. They obviously believe the intel we sent is credible.
There is another long time expat we also suspect having something to do with the mess that has been made. We will not print his name or the name of the owner of the hotel. At least not for now. We are all about harming the corrupt and the protection of the innocents. We are not into harming people on what we believe might-have happened.
Due to what we have heard there is no doubt that the hotel owner has shown our letters to the police! The only way you living there can keep secrets from us is to personally carry messages to each other. Never call, never text and never send emails. Haven't we made that plain enough already? For the most part you two of the three foreigners observed good security, but you made the mistake of allowing Philipinos in on the secrets and the initial contact! One of you foreigners did not observe good security and neither did one Philipino woman!
The Cost to you,
The police hierarchy know they have a spy among them now. They know one of their own has betrayed them. They will search for him and if they find him they will make sure he is murdered in an op somewhere in a "shoot out" with bad guys, or they will hold him down and overdose him after forcing him to leave a suicide note about losing his wife or mistress. First he may be transferred to another area and weeks later orders given to murder him. They do not want him murdered in the Angeles-San Fernando area!
All intel this man would have given, that would have exposed all future ops by these corrupt police units and leaders, has been lost.
But what the hell, the "Hotel owner" is 800,000 pesos richer and now two men, possibly a third, whose advice he followed, know that he probably will always listen to them.
This N.A.T.O. contractor has harmed our future counter-ops against the police there and made it more unsafe for all of you and for visiting tourists. This N.A.T.O. contractor runs the safest hotel in Angeles City, but it is located on the most dangerous street in Angeles City!
If our asset does survive do you believe he will ever trust us with future intelligence that would help some of you old farts stay alive?
We tried to get lights placed up on this street and a few other streets for some months now and this man stabs us and you in the back! There have been more murders and robberies in the short distance between this man's hotel and Fields Avenue than any other section of road in the entire province!
If we ever get any more intel that has to do with him we will never take another chance on the man. Would you?
This "hotel owner" has very possibly caused the death of the man who tried to help him. Now the police will cover up this hotel heist/kidnapping and claim they did not have any plans at all. That's no problem for them. They can murder someone and then use the head of the murder investigation to cover it all up.
This "hotel owner" may believe the police are his friends. Surely he does not. There is no doubt that he has made himself VERY high profile. If they never knew from his four-wheel drive vehicle that he was rich, they certainly do now. They will think of other ways to get at him after waiting for a year or so until all cools off from their latest canceled plans.

Besides saving himself 800,000 pesos at the possible cost of death to another human being, he has stopped all SWAT-type robbery ops by the police and military on red light district hotels for at least a year. After time, then what? Our asset will be dead, then what? Who will give us "special hands-on" intel about future Camp Olivas intrigues and planned ops, after this?
The lights still are not fixed along the street his hotel is located on and they will never be fixed because that is a "honey pot", a "golden goose" section of real estate for the police-protected robbery and murder gang! The Barangay Captain, Edison Nacu, there will do all he can do to keep money flowing into his pockets. He will resist the lights being fixed!
Going down that section of street and back to Fields Avenue has cost four lives, one in broad daylight, and 26 robberies in the last 2 years! From July 14 through Aug 20 09 there were 7 robberies by the police-approved-protected gang in this short stretch of darkened street! Edison Nacu refused to fix the lights to this area gold mine! Or at least last conversation we heard from him a 12 days ago!
When the Malaysian was murdered recently, he was checking out of this "N.A.T.O. contractor's hotel! The unfortunate man had only gone to the money changers to get pesos to pay his hotel bill. Did someone at the hotel inform the police-protected robbery gang? Did someone at the hotel inform on other guests who have been robbed? Or is it just a fluke that so many guests of these three hotels have been murdered and robbed? There is little doubt that the lack of working street lights have contributed to most, possibly all, robberies and murders of foreigners! We hope that staff members of these three hotels have not been intimidated by the police!
We do not know and never will now, will we? What we do know from the beating that police gave a man inside Shano's bar is that the guards from guard agencies, such as the one Mr. Robert Lowe ((Bob Lowe)) owns, will never protect guests from the police when the police decide to beat someone or murder other innocents. Some have learned that lesson well, haven't they?
What would happen if the police went to guards at some hotels and told them they and their family members would be murdered if they did not inform the police who was showing lots of money?
Do you honestly believe the guards would not act as spies, or better yet, do you believe the girls working the front desks could be intimidated by the police to work as spies searching for rich victims carrying lots of cash or unique almost limitless types of credit cards? This is a good probability, but a slightly better one is the police-protected robbery/murder gang is being fed information by the money changers themselves!
You old-timers should just change your money at the banks. Your life is not worth the few hundred pesos you will make going to the money changers. If you will talk to the bank personnel telling them,
"Look, I can go to the money changer and get such n' such rate and you guys make nothing, so why not get me close to their rates."
You will find the banks will give you a little bit more.
A "special team" robbed a bank in San Fernando, just south of Angeles City, we knew in advance and did not try to prevent it. We would have been accused of extortion ourselves, as has happened now. One of our team took a chance to help a fellow American and we lost! Even till now no one has informed you that the bank robbery was a special SWAT type team from a military unit.
Some two years or so ago a group robbed a hotel and all the guests. That also was a small S.W.A.T. team. They were the police just out "protecting and serving"! Now you know!
Almost two years ago a group of men entered a richer subdivision in Angeles City, murdered a guard at the gate, went to the home of a rich foreigner intending to kidnap him! He was not at home! Those were policemen from a town just a little South of Angeles City. Now you know!
We believe that you, the public, can plainly see the truth to this "Hotel heist/kidnapping police caper. Most likely the hotel owner knows he made a dumb mistake too, but now it is too late, isn't it?
In the future we most likely will not become involved in attempting to prevent similar ops. In the end the hotel owner has not only possibly harmed himself in the future, but has harmed others of you also. He has gained respite for himself and most of you hotel owners for a year to 18 months, but after that, then what? In the long term all of you will pay for his decision to save himself pesos. What is a life worth? Is not a child's life worth 800,000 pesos? We had to tell him, but now that savings will cost the life of another human! We placed this site here not only to help Americans and Europeans, but to help all races including the Philipinos whom have endured these predatory police for generations!
The damage one man can do to save a few dollars is immense and can never be corrected!
We rest our case. We soon expect the police to use the bird-cage-liner named Sun Star Pampanga, to give the police side.
The police are angry at losing a rich and challenging op. We expect they will make the best of discrediting this site.
All the damage must go to one, possibly two, long time expats and a NPA-friendly Flip attorney who knows much about the corruption over there, but does not help expose it and to one of our team members. All made mistakes, except the one NPA sympathizing attorney! This man knew if he ran this site that he would extort and that is, what probably, he said!
Most of all our letter writer made a mistake in trusting a fellow military type that had beforehand had a top secret security clearance. Our bad. We shall not ever warn this man again of anything bad headed his way. We are sure that within the next 2 years there will be another attempt toward him or his business. Best thing he can do is sell and move.
We suggest that the three hotels on this short section of street get the lighting fixed themselves or we shall expose them by printing their names upon these pages in a few weeks.
There is only ONE WAY to stop the robberies/murders. Force the police to give orders to their gang to stop or pay the police more than the gang pays them! Wouldn't it be something if a few citizens would arm themselves and walk down that section of street nightly hoping to take care of some unfinished businesses with this police robbery/murder gang! A good shooter with a rifle across the street every night say on higher floor could take care of this quickly.
The next best thing to do is light up the area like times square. The mayor refuses, looks like Edison Nacu ((Area village chief who is elected) refuses, thus now we believe it falls upon the hotels to do it themselves, or else! If those lights are not fixed by Oct 30 then we shall print the names of the three hotels upon these pages and ask tourists not to go to those hotels! Your call, men!
We are tired of hearing news of foreigners being robbed and murdered along this 250 meter stretch of street!
The next time someone is warned he is to be hit, then contact us first. Do you understand? What the ell kind of person that has read these pages would go to the police! Beats the ell outa us, mates!
