Can you believe the connections
that Louie Tan has? We know the name of the foreigner who protects him and buys Tan's way out of trouble. This foreigner is Gerard Heinen! And General Gen. Jose Lalisan is behind the protection of pedophile, Gerard Heinen!
He is caught extorting money,
sent into exile at another station, then not only gets back to
station four, but he gets promoted and station four is judged the
best in Central Luzon! He is sending so much extortion
money to his superiors that moving him would be like killing the goose laying the golden eggs.
"Screwy-youie-by-Louie's" promotions
always end up being after a series of large scale set-ups and scams. These
extortion monies partially end up in the pocket of Francis "Blueboy" Nepomuceno
who is Louie's local protector. Congressman Lazatin was a long-time protector and has great influence even now in protecting him.
Other protectors are his superiors at national police headquarters at Camp Crame and when they sometimes have decided he is too much of an embarrassment and decide to "move him to anther place" or "disappear him" the pedophile, Gerard Heinen, has stepped in to buy them off.
The bottom line is this, if he did not make money by his many criminals activities and did not send money up to superiors then he would have been dead long ago. It's all about money and a side benefit is they get to prove their cunning superiority over the other races .................. racism make is even better from their point of view.
Most of the young girls in the
red-light district are police informers and the main person running
the extortions (of all kinds) out of station four is none other
than the man that "Screwy-youie-Louie" Tan has placed
in charge of his nighttime extortion rackets, officer Limiar.
The downside is that many of the
girls are working for the New Peoples Army (NPA - Not all are communists, but mostly people who got tired of the many injustices they suffered at the hands of police and officials) and are especially
active. Everything these NPA girls
hear and see is reported back up the line to NPA officials. Many
girls went off to join the NPA and were told they could best serve
their NPA masters in the red-light district. Be careful what you
say, you dirty old goats. More than just police eyes and ears are
listening.
