How the hell do the P. I. people and foreigners continue to allow themselves to be raped and plundered by corrupt police who are protected by corrupt judicial figures?

This third man's name is Percival Atinaja! He has been corrupt from the beginning. He was working as a prosecutor when the corrupt Ronald Duro was at MTC.
Money talks with this man just as it does with prosecutors (Fiscal) attorney Olive Garcia and attorney Ronald Haben. God cannot help you if one of these three is involved in your set-up by the police.
Just to show the world that we are reasonable people we will give you men time to do penance in meeting our demands. If you do not then a fourth corrupt prosecutor will be named. You know we are serious now, eh?
When we say "corrupt" it is obvious that truth, honor and justice is only determined by who you know or how much money you pay. There is no real justice with these three and others!
