We have received word that Screwy-youie-Louie Tan is to be moved out of the red light district due to the embarrassment he has become to his PNP and elected leaders. He will be running set-ups out of Station One and believe us, he will still have people caught on Fields Avenue brought to him at Station One! You'll see we are right.
The problem with Louie Tan retiring is he cannot technically retire while cases are pending against him. There are several cases filed against him for criminal acts and abuse of position and power.
In addition he is being "asked to retire early for the good of the PNP". What a crock! How can anyone clean up the image of a rotten dead carcass such as the PNP (Pimps Not Police), except by burying it and starting all over with police imported from abroad.
We are not satisfied with him being moved to downtown Angeles City. We want him out, retired, return of nearly $200,000 (We can give you an exact figure once we know the monies are to be returned. You can send the total amount to us or separate checks to the individuals he extorted the funds from.), arrested and jailed with charges being brought for some of his murders, white washing murderers,and the set-up of foreigners for more than a decade!
We want all set-ups to stop forever.
We want all currently foreigners jailed or charged because of set-ups and/or trumped up charges to be set free, charges dropped against all unjustly charged since 1990 and all of them justly compensated for their material loses and brutality meted out during their incarceration, especially an additional $150,000 given to David Orland for the torture of weekly beatings for 13 years! This is to include a country-wide program, not only what has happened in a top-to-bottom-corrupt Angeles City!
We want articles in newspapers admitting these men/women (including David Orland and the American woman, nicknamed "Kidder" - The news correspondent) were falsely charged so they can regain some of their lost reputations that you gutless PNP officials, with your corrupt attorneys and crooked prosecutors, have stolen!
We want their names, where applicable, off of hold-departure orders, removed from INTERPOL and N.B.I. computers and their visas restored to them so they can stay there or leave if they wish. The ones already out of country are to be allowed to come back if they desire to do so.(Jan 1, 09) The chief Inspector arsehole, Louie /tan, has been going through the backdoor and working in and through Subic bay to get a "hold-departure" order to keep the lady correspondent in the P.i. so he can murder her, no escape. Well motherfu#$er, we have a little surprise for you, indeed.
We want the American woman news correspondent compensated for defamation by Screwy-youie-Louie Tan and the PNP organ-newspaper bird-cage liner (Sun Star Pampanga) and the ridiculous law suite against her dropped. This woman has, before this, been falsely arrested and detained without anyone knowing the charges or that she was even jailed! It is believed that Attorney Ronaldo Duro lost his job as an Angeles City Prosecutor over the human rights violations by PNP Tan, Aspe, Ronaldo "Tony" Duro, Imperial and Vega committed against a registered lady news correspondent. They jailed her a few years ago, no charges, the kidnappers just kidnapped her. No one knew diddly-squat about where she disappeared to!
I am reminded when "breaking-wind" because sometimes it ends up being a little more than just wind. Ronaldo Duro is so corrupt that he is the "little more than just wind".
Screwy-youie-Louie Tan has had a grudge against this poor defenseless little woman and been picking on her for years, according to a phone conversation between two other PNP officials. Ah, bad security practices still prevail there, eh? You mother$#ckers are cunning, but sincerely dumb! There is a difference and that is why your arm-pit of a country will always be just like it is now, stone-age.

A special note to the police and elected officials in crime syndicates that have flooded the red light district in a second vain attempt to locate us and find the robbers of the foreigners lately.
Your snitches did not give you any intel about our site nor who we are. We know this, because there is not a single Philipino that knows the answers you are asking. Nothing in your paradise is free, everything is for sale and we knew if one single Philipino knew about us then he/she would sell the intel to you. Then in short order the whole world would know. No one there knows who we are. Ah, a good nights' sleep is the payment for those whom employ good security. Only one among us cannot sleep well, but that goes back to a battle in 1967, not poor security.
You will never find us, so save your money by getting all of the extra police and PNP intel units out of Dodge City after you find the robbers.
We do commend you for prompt action to halt the bad publicity this site will give you for the robberies and shootings lately of foreigners, whom are not allowed to carry guns for protection. Comforting for the criminals to always know when they pull a knife or bolo that the foreigner will not have a gun.
The extra signals branch (Intercept operators) based at Clarkfield should move to Germany to catch us upload. All that these extra police will be doing is extorting "fees" from the locals so they can have money to have a stolen Christmas. Remove them, so the locals there can have a a good Christmas by being rid of your Prostitutes Not Police - PNP - leeches.
One more very important item is that you have until November 21 to move on the demands listed on this page, because we have a tremendous bombshell that we will probably drop on you sometime during the week of November 24, 2008. When you do not give in to our demands do not say you were not warned beforehand. Do not say it is our fault, because we always give you a way out of bad publicity, however what we plan to place on this site is more than only bad publicity.

Strange how people, who have been used to bulldozing over all opposition, seem to think they are also going to bulldoze over us. They do not get it, do they? We started out slowly with only a little intel on this site 18 months ago under a different name. We told you then that this would be a slow constriction and every once in a while we would upload more and more and more until you screamed.
We do not want you to misunderstand what it is that we demand so we printed them on this page.
Every time we upped the ante we first gave you criminals a chance to take your bad press off of this site, but you resist and resist and have resisted until now. Then you call out half of the PNP and flood Angeles City in another vain attempt to find us. We do not appreciate your showing of brute force and next week shall deal with you in a manner that will leave no doubts about who is in really in control of what we will expose.
But you have a chance to stop this. Simply heed the demands given above and we will go back to being in the background instead of in the forefront. Again, as always the choice is yours to make. The ball is in your court now. What will you do with it?
