People living on Luzon Island must recognize that before we came online the police moved with impunity. Now they know that we have the technical ability to read their electronic mails and cell phones. They are afraid! On April 1, 09 Dave "Pup" McCully was riding on his big motorcycle about 11 p.m. As he was pulling up to a stop at an intersection, a trike pulled up behind him. A shooter in the side car shot him in the upper thigh with the bullet exiting his groin
The bullet went clean in and out not hitting bone or the major artery located there. The moment he was hit he sped rapidly away and ran into a near-by restaurant.
The two hit-men never got a chance for a second shot and abandoned the trike and ran.
The attempted murder occurred in the Fields Avenue area of town, in the area of operation of the notorious station four, commanded by Chief Inspector Ronaldo Lorenzo, and technically still commanded by chief inspector Luisito Tan aka "Screwy-youie-Louie". This short fat blimp is a roving instigator, a roving helper to senior superintendent and ACPD Pierre Bucsit, the Mayor, and Mark Allen Sison. Louie is so talented that he is a criminal jack-of-all-trades to many officials.
Mr. McCully ended up staying a day or so in AUF hospital.
While in AUF the only Philippine National Pillager (PNP) officer to visit him was SPO1 Romano Amarillo (This is another corrupt arse who has a mistress and children outside of his marriage! See the right column.) came to his room to talk.
SP01 Romano Amarillo ((HE knew beforehand the hit was to occur. He was told by chief inspector Ronaldo Lorenzo!)) scribbled a report on a bunch of crumpled up paper stuck in his front pocket. SP01 Romano Amarillo is the front man, the fixer, for Ronaldo Lorenzo, the station 4 commander. He is a corrupt brown MF of long standing! Police have the power to file or press charges, but this was quickly swept under the rug! Covered up, whitewashed!
It is obvious that SPO1 Romano Amarillo knew who the two hitmen were and was there to feel out Mr. McCully so to aid in a cover up, a whitewashing by the police and injustice hall in Angeles City. The "Hall of injustice" is filled with clerks, judges and fiscals/prosecutors who are all corrupt! Every swinging dick, every fat brown arse and every shaking titty are bent!
The police, under Ronaldo Lorenzo at station four and under Pierre Bucsit for the whole city , made sure that there was no incident report given to the newspapers or any media personnel! Only in The Philippines! The new station 4 commander, Ronaldo Lorenzo knew of the hit beforehand!
The trike of the two killers was left behind and could have yielded a treasure trove of finger prints and likely DNA, but the police made sure that this was not done! The next day the trike was returned to its owner, who owns a number of the three-wheeled uncomfortable vehicles, which are designer to bring pain to foreigners who are brave enough to ride in one.
Immediately after the murder attempt we focused our interception capabilities to concentrate upon five individuals of interest. Their communications led to others, whom we naturally took interest in.
We were able to give them 5 full days of attention and discovered much of what happened. We discovered all, except the names of the two hit men, whom chief inspectors Ronaldo Lorenzo and Luisito Tan have disappeared or forced to disappear!
Our investigation soon revealed the originator of the hit, the man who decided he wanted Dave McCully to die. The infamous con-man and scammer named Greg Kennedy.
Greg Kennedy does have money, which he uses to pay half or a slightly smaller amount, to buy a business or company. His scam is, he never pays the remaining debt. He has the company for half price. From our ease dropping we discovered that he refused to pay Dave McCully the remaining thousands and thousands of dollars. Greg Kennedy decided the cheapest solution was to pay 250,000 pesos (($10,250)) to have Mr. Dave "Pup" McCully murdered!
The scammer, named Greg Kennedy, talked to one of the Philipino workers at the work site of the "Lexus Project" asking how to go about murdering Dave "Pup" McCully.
The Philipino went to police chief inspector Luisito Tan, who contacted attorney Mark Allen Sison, who is a close friend and confidant of Mayor "Blueballs" Francis Nepomuceno. Mark Sison is also on city payroll working as an Angeles City, city official! Mark Allen Sison is the top "go-fer" for anything evil that "Blueballs" wants done. Attorney Mark Allen Sison has zero integrity and can murder on a whim, believing he is "Cleaning up society"!
Mayor Francis Nepomuceno approved - authorized the hit, the murder, through Mark Allen Sison, giving the "go-ahead" to chief inspt. Luisito Tan for the murder.
250,000 pesos was paid to chief inspector Luisito Tan by Greg Kennedy. The Mayor of Angeles City, old "blueballs" and Mark Allen Sison got about 1/2 of the 250,000 pesos for their share, leaving only 125,000 pesos (($2,630)) for old "Screwy-youie-Louie, Luisito Tan for himself and the hitmen.
Instead, old "Screwy-youie-Louie" Luisito Tan got greedy. Instead of getting the normal two murderers from the Philippine National Police at Mabalatcat, he decided to do the job on the cheap and got two new guys. He recruited two trike drivers from the trike group that park at the corner of Surla St. and A Santos.
City Fiscals/Prosecutors, Oliver Garcia and Ronald Haben ((Both attorneys, of course)) are fixing any cases, whitewashing any cases related to the botched hit on Dave McCully. These two men knew of the hit and knew they were to cover it up!
To make sure there is no misunderstanding we repeat, both fiscals/prosecutors Oliver Garcia and Ronald Haben are part of the plot and will insure that all cases filed in regards to the murder-for-hire will be covered up, will be whitewashed!
Others whom may have to and are willing to help whitewash any cases are Fiscals/Prosecutors Percival Atinaja and Jaime Mateo Umlas. Female Judge Bernardito Gabitan Erum RTC 61 and Judge Omar Viola of Branch 57 of the Third Judicial Region's Regional Trial Court in Angeles City. Both judges accept bribes through their clerks and are willing to whitewash any case for the police-attorney criminal syndicate!
We are not saying these last four criminals ((2 prosecutors and 2 judges)) knew of the hit in advance, but they are in the pocket of the Angeles City "attorney-police criminal syndicate" and will rule or make the juidgments they are instructed to make to insure there will be a "clean cover-up"!!!!!!!!!!! The attorneys run Angeles city, including the police!

We know that Mr. McCully and Greg Kennedy signed some kind of contract when Kennedy bought into the project. We heard talk of this, but have not seen the document. We know Mr. McCully filed charges against him the morning of April 1 and that Mr, McCully was shot that same night at 11 p.m.! Mr. McCully was shot because he filed charges when Greg Kennedy broke the contract!
Regarding this separate financial case. Greg Kennedy has not paid to win this one. This is a separate case, not part of the whitewash Kennedy paid for when he paid 250,0000 pesos to the police to murder you! We have no doubts that now that he is committed that he, Mr. Greg Kennedy, will be sure to buy the prosecutors and judge involved and they will twist and contort the law so badly that Mr. McCully will lose!
