Norman Gluck sent us an email asking us why we were giving you a break. We suppose he is a Lazatin man, not a Francis "Blueboy" Nepomuceno man. Everyone already knows he is a good shot with his mouth.
Here, egged on by the friend of Station four extortion police, Norman Gluck, are sanctions against the Mayor of Angeles City, Mayor Francis "Blueboy" Nepomuceno.
Injustice has prevailed under the rule of Mayor Francis "Blueboy" Nepomuceno. He is plundering all he can out of Angeles City, including the Fields Avenue businesses! Extortions under the name of the "Jo-jo group", no receipts are given. Where is the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) people when needed? They are taking payoffs also from most businesses in the red light district including of course, bars and many hotels!
Here are photos and stories that have appeared in print in The Philippine islands and shown internationally for the first time. These show the utter depravity and disregard for life of the Francis "Blueballs" Nepomuceno and some of his relatives! Twenty people were found to have been executed in a mass grave on their property! Yet none of them served any time in jail! How could this occur in any civilized country? $$$$$ The obvious logical conclusion is that due to corruption, and a "Me first" attitude, the P. I. is not civilized!

We ask one more time for you to fix the lights. This will be the last damn time we ask before we give you some warm and fuzzy "sanctions". You could use what you manage to steal from all of your means for one day, and take those monies and you could fix the lights and pave the whole red light district!

((Mar 7 09)) Speaking a few days after another village chief in the Angeles city suburbs was murdered the "Mass grave" Mayor of Angeles city said,
“The help and assistance from all sectors of the society is needed to gain an upper hand with this lawless element. The government will not be cowed and will pursue this campaign at all cost, to give the city and Angeleños a lasting peace and order they deserve.” Promised Blueboy again.
The Mayor then admitted that “the series of killings happening these past months only manifest that much is yet to be done to maintain peace and order, which is one of the platform issues of his administration.”
Even as the Mayor spoke, DWGV radio anchor Arnel Panganiban was broadcasting that an Indian national was divested of cash and his new motorcycle right in the heart of the city in broad daylight. Arnel Panganiban said,
"Really now, much yet to be done to maintain peace and order you say Mister Mayor? There is everything to be done, Sir."
"So what’s keeping you from doing away with your incompetent police director? With criminals getting away with impunity in your city, Senior Supt. Pierre Bucsit does not deserve to stay a second longer in his office."
The last few weeks the locals there are beginning to speak up about the massive corruption, crime and so many murders.
With so many murders of both foreigners and Philipinos we at CLC call for Pierre Bucsit to be changed, fired, thrown out as Angeles City police chief!
