Another murder in Angeles City!
Murdered in broad daylight at 9:15 a.m.! The robbery gang, who pay the police for the right to rob foreigners, watch the money-changers.

((Jun 19 09)) A tourist from Malaysia was murdered at 9:15 a.m. on June 18, 09 and where were the police? Strange, to say the least.
He underwent 3 hours of surgery in AUF hospital and expired!
The Fields Avenue police out of station 4 are incompetent or involved in this man's murder! What the hell is going on over there?
The police are only out on the streets when they are looking for targets to squeeze money out of! They never protect anyone but themselves!
Angeles City police never show up to prevent a murder, they show up to commit a murder or see the dead victim after the murder!
If only this man had been able to get to his hotel he would still be alive. The hotel he was staying at is, without a doubt, THE SAFEST HOTEL IN ALL OF ANGELES CITY!
The P.I. is so dangerous, especially Angeles City, that in 1995 the U. S. government started giving all of their employees, assigned there, combat pay! "Only in the P.I., G.I.!"

ANGELES CITY, Philippines – Efforts of local officials to promote the city as “Friendship City” in a bid to erase its reputation as “Sin City” is dampened by the continued killings of foreign tourists.
The latest victim was a Malaysian tourist, Selvaraj Palaniappen, 54, who was gunned down by two men last Thursday morning.
Other foreign tourists, including Americans, Australians and Germans, have been killed in this city since 2007, and all the cases have remained unsolved.
Senior Superintendent Pierre Bucsit, city police chief, said Palaniappen was on his way back to Medgar Hotel in Barangay Malabanias when two men on a motorcycle held him up and shot him when he resisted.
Last March, American tourist Jerry Melton, 51, was gunned down in Barangay Malabanias just two days after he had arrived in the country.

((CLC's insite to this dastardly murder 6 21 09)) The two Flips who wrote the article above are not wont to get their facts straight. Assuming they are half way correct this time the following can be said with total clarity,
Money had to be involved in this murder because the unfortunate man was only visiting.
There are three possible scenarios,
A. He bar fined a girl and her jealous Flip boyfriend shot him. This is very unlikely because the typical motorcycle the police hitmen like to use was used d and at least one of the men wore a helmet. That points to the police being the murderers.
B. He has ignorantly flashed lots of money. Not likely because, being from Malaysia, he knew better than to do that.
C. He had just changed money at a money changer. There are people who watch the money changers windows and target foreigners. We have warned of this technique before!
We suspect this is the reason and police as the robbers-murderers! We highly suspect that money changers are working with the police murderers and give the high sign to watchers on who to rob. Yes, we suspect the money changers, the women. The ones that smile at you as they signal to the police criminals across the street that you are next to be robbed/murdered!
Never pull a wad of money out under any circumstances in the Philippine Islands! There are people who will murder you for only one meal!
And on April 1, 2009 Dave McCully was shot, but survived, in what was an apparent hit the police were paid to do! "Screwy-youie-Louie, chief inspector Luisito Tan blew the hit by hiring amateurs! He was too greedy, did not want to pay the PNP pros who usually are part of the "helmet wearing motorcycle gang"!
This murder is only one of dozens through the years where no one was ever caught, tried and convicted! When it comes to catching the murderers of foreigners the Angeles City police have a 100% failure record for more than 15 years! Why is this, you might wonder?
This killing will send a few more businessmen back to their home countries, indeed. Jobs for Philipinos will go away and the police blame us for declining business, when it is their shakedowns, extortions, murders, robberies, to include bank robberies, money laundering, their drug pushing and the like? Pierre, give us a break, mate!

Station 4 commander chief inspector ((Major)) Ronaldo Lorenzo.
Chief of security for Gerald Heinen, the Dutch bank robber and pedophile, chief inspector Luisito Tan! Power corrupts and total power corrupts totally.
Is it about time that someone took care of Tan, the Philipino way? There would be many lives saved if he were to stop or be stopped! And what of the Dutch pedophile that always bails him out of trouble?
The most likely murderers are two policemen from Mabalatcat or two from Camp Olivas.
For those of you that can afford an extra $25 a day on your visit we recommend some kind of different Philippine Escort Services, not a lady but an armed guard! This $25 will include his pay and meals. If you want him to sleep near you ((24 hour service)) then add another $25 per day.
If I personally were to visit again, I would hire two armed guards for $100 a day and have a more enjoyable time. However I could never go back there again. I would retire rather than accept that shit hole as a duty station!
Years ago, being assigned to the embassy, I learned unbelievable goings on from the top leaders all the way down to Louie Tan. I know too much to ever let my guard down enough to enjoy myself, but that's just me. If ignorance is bliss then some of you are in a blizzard, indeed!
There is a whole black world operating all around you, yet you do not know. The police know for they rule this dark world. The trike drivers and street walkers know for they live in fear of being a victim while they try to feed their families and hustle your foreigners. Most embassy personnel know but will not lift a hand to help you unless you bother your personal Congressman or Senator to read them the riot act!
Now you know why they say you foreigners are naive and stupid. They clearly see this black world, you do not. You foreigners are the only ones who are totally blind to what is going on! The foreign bar owners experience the bad end of this black world, see a small portion, but the curtain is still in front of their eyes to the entirety of this dark cold world!
And do you know who is operating freely and at home in this world besides the Flip criminals? The good ole advocate for democracy, the good, old, apple-pie eating, CIA! They are so close to it they have become absorbed and are part of it!
