We know this man already. We have a file on him from a few years ago. We call him by the code name, "Smiley". He never smiles! He never smiles because he has 1/2 of a conscience.
When he tries to sleep nightly, he remembers and has seen the utter depravity of his superiors. He has murdered for them. He has robbed for them. He has lied for them. He has sent them money made from gambling, extortion, robbery, drugs, kidnappings and murder. This MF will go to the hottest place in hell, indeed!
Chief inspector Luisito Tan has some trouble sleeping also, but because we have exposed his brown ass, not a bit of remorse for the ones he has murdered during 28 years of ass kissing and the many crimes of stark terror he has committed!
