((Jul 5 09)) Police in The Philippine Islands, most times, know who murdered who. When a foreigner is murdered they go to the murderers and tell them to hand over the money or they will be arrested. Many times they let them operate for a certain "facilitation fee" or a percentage of the cut.
A robbery gang has been operating and the police know everyone of the MFers! Not only that, but in addition the Angeles City prosecutors receive part of the monies as payment to make sure they never go to jail if captured! The mayor, Francis Nepomuceno also gets a cut!
Did Ronaldo Lorenzo, chief of station four in the red light district, send a messenger to the murderers asking for payment for his silence? Or does he automatically get a cut of these robbers/murderers' money when they score?
Chief listen, we make promises and we keep them. We are making a promise to you. You WILL REGRET not arresting at least four people involved in this gang! WE PROMISE! We have already exposed you in the attempted murder of Miss Van-Keulen and the attempted murder of Dave "Pup" McCully and you may think, "Ah what is one more?".

These three men are part of a gang of at least 4 men, sometimes they use 5 or 6, who have been robbing foreigners for years.
These robbers have now murdered Selvaraj Palaniappen for a few pesos. They watched him pull out his money to change into pesos, so he could pay his hotel bill and leave Angeles City. Within 5 minutes he was dead!
These robbers watch the money changers! With robbery gang members watching who pulls out large wads of money at the money changers, who is ever safe? Long time residents are certainly not safe and neither are you other marks!
This man ((Above)) is Ronnie Balatbat. He is directly involved in the murder of Selvaraj Palaniappen.

He wants you to come with him to girl/girls, card game, etc. They will rob you, if you are lucky and murder you if you are unlucky!
