One hotel guess checked into a cheapie hotel where the guard did double-duty as the receptionist! Clean up this hotel before the police types rob your hotel!
Any hotel names we post here are going to loose business. Your time is running out. All of you have until the end of April 2009 to get your new, well-made security cameras and recorders in service!
We are giving you hotels that do not have good security two months to get your new systems installed. At the end of that time we will place you names here as hotels for customers to avoid! Two months, now get to work!
When you do place Cameras in your hotels, use ones that cost between 3,500 to to about 12,000 pesos with a good telephoto lens. Any place where you place the cameras out of reach of criminals you need a telephoto lens on the cameras! Fools, protect your customers!
For this system to be effective you must record the video on some type of medium such as a very large hard drive on your computer or a DVR ((Digital Video Recorder)). It will not do you any good to have the cameras and you cannot record quality video. If you were watching the action as it happened then how can you go back and recall the intel if you do not have a quality system?
You hotel owners that do not follow our suggestions are fools that are making targets out of the foreigners that pay your salaries!
It is a darn shame we must tell you how to protect yourselves!

((Feb 14, 09)) On Feb 11 09 a sixty-one year old American in hotel room. Safe with $2,400, laptop computer and digital camera.
The $2,400 was placed into a safe in the American's room. Strangely the security at this "hotel" was so good that the small safe WAS NOT bolted down. Nicely can fit into large luggage or large black bag!
Philipino man checks with LARGE empty luggage. He then loots four rooms and then waits until next morning to check out with large luggage full and simply REFUSES to let the guard look into his luggage!
Guard asks to check his bags and the man said he simply refused to let them check his bags!
At least two Korean hotels were also robbed in this same manner. They have a reward out for the head of the criminal!
The American had all of his money stolen and passport stolen. Welcome to the P.I., G.I.
This is the third time this man had visited, he thought he was not a new guy!
Any time you flaunt any money, nice rings or watches in the area around main entertainment district you become a target.
On October 31 to early Nov. 1, 2008 a foreigner was walking down Narcisso street. He was shot in the back by two robbers. It was not a planned hit. He was just in the wrong place at the wrong time who met the typical robber who has absolutely no regard for human life! At least the extortion-police allowed their victims to live, usually.
November 1, 2008 it happened again. Man shot in the chest, but was lucky it was only a soft tissue wound. Eight suspects were arrested November 18, but all later released, even after a witness to the first shooting positively identified the trigger man. you see, he looked right at her. She got a good look. She is a Philipino so he thought she would not tell over the shooting of a "Whore mongering foreigner".
There are twelve people living in an abandoned house, 10 men and two women. They are from the Waray tribe and originally from Sumar. If you say anything negative about a Philipino they all pile on yelling racism. But the Philipinos all talk bad about the Waray tribe. Not racism when they tell the truth, we imagine.
Then during the week of November 16, 2008 it happened again with the foreigner also being shot. So far he is alive.
The police are out everywhere in their search to administer street justice to the perpetrators. Only God knows how many millions of tourism dollars this will cost that area of town, but it will be substantial. The police do not see the intrusion of others into their area as crime, but as a "turf battle" for who milks the area. In the 1`980s there were sometimes running gun-battles between different police groups fighting for control of the prey animals in the area!
While the police are out in force beating the bushes they are also questioning people about this web site.
The police are talking how they want to "Clean up society" if they catch them in the right circumstances.

It is nearing Christmas in the P.I., which means break-ins, robberies, extortion by the police, roadblocks by police wanting bribes will be much more abundant. What kind of hellish religion can possible govern the thoughts and minds of people who commit such acts while believing they are Christians?
It is rare indeed when any Philipino family will leave their home without someone staying behind. They hardly ever all leave their home for fear that their neighbors will break in and steal while they are away . . . . anytime of the year!
When is Mayor Francis "Blueboy" Nepomuceno going to have lights installed along Narcisso street for say about 250 to 300 meters? Doing so could only improve tourism in the red light district. In addition the lights would give motorists at night a chance to see that someone is walking in the road. Better yet, why not make those jeepneys and trikes park somewhere else besides hogging the sides where humans are to walk. Doing so would not force tourists to walk down the middle of the road or swim down it if it is raining.
When will the PI. I. rocket scientists running city hall enforce the laws governing the parking of vehicles along this street and place better lighting there? This street has been called the worst street to attempt to walk on in the entire country!
City Hall has been doing double-duty as they tried to hush these robberies up. They are afraid of loosing tourism dollars. Do not blame this web site for your lack of control upon your own citizenry.
And best of all it would make robberies less frequent. Duhhhhhh!

Do not forget the hit attempt on another "Aussie" (Mr. Kelley).
Strange thing is his sister and brother flew in to visit him in the hospital. They arrived from America.
He was shot with a .22 calibre pistol, but the hit-man also carried a .45. He was hit in broad daylight in June 2008 on Fields Avenue. That night the police
were celebrating this one (texting and calling one another. They
were so happy at the "Cleaning-up" they had a hand in)
until they discovered the next day that the single shot by a .22
to the head did not stop the hospital personnel from saving his life.
The two hit men are known to police. Their names are John Stevenson
and Michael David. We predict they will never serve time.

Then the murder the first day of July 2008 of a 64 year old American,
Tyler Hammond, which probably will see the murderer go free.
The death is only a rotten foreigner to chief superintendent Rene Aspe and chief superintendent "Screwy-youie-Louie" Louie Tan. And an "Easy
money" American at that.
They suppressed us for 50 years, those dumb Americans. . . but
we are making them pay now with our little money-making extortions,

The truth is the Americans tried to keep the corruption down and
suppressed, but finally gave up and let you guys make a mess out
of your country. This was better for the Americans than making The
Philippine Islands another State. If that had occurred then there
would be a devastating welfare drain on the American economy.
Your President gives orders to murder people who are tired of injustice,
while she helps plunder the country.
Your elected officials plunder the rain-forests, customs officials
steal whole shipments - help smuggle in illegal weapons, smuggle
out drugs (especially Baguio area marijuana) and a multitude of other
illegal items, destined for all of Asia and America.
Customs officials extort higher than usual money to buy their next
new car, the police are usually hired as hit-men or hire the hit-men.
The police usually control the drugs sold and protect the sellers
on the street level while your women open their legs for any white
man or worse yet, any Korean, that will give them a few pesos. You are making fire-cracker rockets and the Americans are placing men in orbit with real rockets. You are crafty and cunning, but not smart. If you were smart you would stop turning what was a paradise into a cesspool of corruption and greed!
Ninety percent of tourists are male and go there for sex. Many of
the old horny men retire to The Philippine Islands for only one reason.
Brown women that will marry men as old as 75 years. It is sex, they
go there for easy and cheap sex. Where else can a man buy every part
of a young woman for $10 a day? True rape could hardly be performed
in a country where so much sex is free.
Due to the police in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, and Angeles City (outside
of Clarkfield) Thailand and Cambodia are now tourist powerhouses.
The police have run business and sex tourists off.
15.2 million pesos in taxes come into local city coffers, yet some
of the city council members are subverting the laws by sending men
asking for "fees", which will give these greedy city council
members more of a nest egg to retire with. It goes into their pockets. It is extortion, plain and simple.
Hotels, restaurants and other businesses dependent upon tourism
are going to suffer more and more as the corrupt police extort and
steal and ruin the lives of many tourists not yet having visited
yet.
In 2008 some of the greedy city council members have sent men around
to the businesses wanting$30, $40, and $50 per day from each business
plus a percent of their profits.
These men visit in twos and threes, refuse to provide an I. D.,
refuse to provide a receipt, etc. They are thieves working for soon-to-retire
city council members.
The businesses are already cash-strapped and the extra "protection
money" wanted by some Angeles city council members will force
them out of business. Many owners are only clearing $1,000 to $2,000
a month in 2008 and then scalawags from the city council wants that
too!
If the businesses do not comply next will be a sudden storming of
their doors by black-clad goons with automatic M16s, arrested made
and owners will be tortured into compliance. That is next for the
later half of 2008 unless something does not change the members minds.
Of course the police will have to be paid to do the dirty deeds.
We are sure the boys in San Fernando along with Aspe and Tan will
be making more money as they obey the council members and their superiors from Camp Crame.
To quickly solve one murder of a foreigner the horse's arse, "Screwy-youie-Louie Tan" attempted to force one
of the rugby team (street kids living in astro park) to admit to
one killing.
The reason is that he is suspected of ordering the murder
of a white man to cover his own ordered robbery of the unfortunate
target! Rugby,I am told, is a brand of contact glue that the poor smell to get a cheap high and to forget their dire living conditions.

((Mar 6 09)) In the Apartelle Royal located above the camelot bar one of the workers took a master key and proceeded to one man's room while he was gone and helped HERSELF to the money he had stashed in the room's safe!

People's lives and their monies are on the line and we aim to see that all of you hotels treat them well.
We know of only 3 hotels in the ENTIRE red light district that have what we would call good security. If we print their names here, the police will say one of them is behind this website. See the problem? We cannot tell you the names of the three which could possibly save you your money, save you hail time, keep you from being extorted and possibly save you life! What a tragedy we cannot put their names here.
We, however, can print the names of unsafe hotels and at the end of April we will start doing just that if you arseholes do not take our suggestions about improving your security!

((Mar 3 09)) a man stops to get coffee at a roadside stand across from the fields Avenue Jeepney terminal. The seller lays a deck of cards down, the man never touches them. Then a group of5 men claiming to be police accost him. they tell him they are going to arrest him for playing cards, which they say is illegal. They never arrest the Philipino, but scare the man from norway to death and extort 12,000 pesos out of him. He left the country the next day as a messenger of what the P.I. is really like! No one is safe! They thrown drugs at you, place cards on a table and they got you! It is racism and money!
