Ask for lights to be placed on the side streets so the criminals cannot wait, unseen, for a tourist to rob or murder. This inexpensive item will save at least 3 murders and 10 robberies in 2009!
Remove the police-drug-planting stands that set up on the streets nightly! They sell viagra and other small items such as cigarettes and counterfeited CDs, sex disks etc. Usually the men running these are Muslims.

The INT investigation uncovered evidence of a major cartel involving local and international firms bidding on contracts under phase one of the Philippines National Roads Improvement and Management Program, known as NRIMP 1. INT closely analyzed the procurement process the firms participated in and conducted numerous interviews before closing the investigations and initiating sanctions proceedings against the entities.

We may rarely use slang terms that some may consider racist. We are realists. We know that all peoples use these same terms. Some call it pride of country, others call it racism.
Philipinos use these racist terms against other nations and especially among their various tribal groups. They do not consider themselves racist for using words against Igorots or people from Samar or Visayas and neither do we when we use the word, "Flip", which you will very rarely see on this site.
