((Mar 6 09)) Two men riding a blue motorcycle shot and murdered an American tourist named Jerry Melton. He was 51 years old and thought he was in a heavenly paradise. Instead he was in a racist extortion-police paradise! He was waking with two or more young ladies and the boyfriend of one of them decided to end Mr. Melton's life!

We believe that Mr. Melton was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. We believe the two murderers were given orders to go out and shoot any foreigner! The motive is to sow disorder into the area and believe us they have. We believe that police officers and one or more political figures order the murder! The choices are obvious.
Local reporters also mentioned a local village chief ((Barangay captain)) being murdered the last week of February, but what they did not mention that as few days before the village chieftan was murdered he severely beat a 74 year old Philipino who was the victim of a stroke!
