In our opinion Senior Superintendent Isagani Neres, chief of the National Capital Regional Investigation and Detection Group (NCR-CIDG), is a lying, murdering, dirt-bag, twirp. A twirp is a man that quickly runs up to smell the bicycle seats of young girls who have just gotten off of, and parked their bicycles.

Dangerous new people taking over Angeles City. A new attitude from the CIDG at Camp Crame, the normal greedy regular station four extortion-police and greed from a new Mayor and members of his city council make for a rough time in 2009.
It does not matter if you are walking down the street in the red light district with your wife and children or simply at home eating a meal.
If they target you then they have you. It can now happen to anyone at any time and no matter the place! What basically happens is they simply kidnap you off of the streets or out of your home! CIDG Policeman Isagani nerez will say the police are clean, but one of his former police friends (Whom Nerez is still friends with and split drug money with until being moved to oversee the Capital region in October 2008), has been caught running a police drug lab! Isagani Nerez and his drug-lab friend are representative of all police in The Philippine Islands.
If anyone on the street offers to sell you drugs, then immediately run as fast as you can because the police are standing nearby to arrest you. Usually they are fat and lazy and will not chase you. The ones that are not fat are out of shape. Run fool run, it is your only chance!

Number one on the list is a man that is credited with murdering or giving orders to murder more than 60 men and women thus far in his "career"! This criminal is Senior Superintendent, Chief of the National Capital Regional-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (NCR-CIDG), Isagani Nerez.
This criminal is a C.I.A. SNITCH and is involved in "Disappearing people" and a multitude of other illegal activities. He has been caught at least once. You can watch him squirm if you like.
His office is located inside the Camp Crame base in Quezon City Philippine Islands. This man will give orders to murder babies and not lose any sleep.
The lady with this criminal is not his wife nor his mistress. We did not want to waste time by phptoshoping her out. As far as we know she is a fine Philipino woman. Gani's fat wife is ugly, her dad is close to the bucktoothed Prez and she is rich from the ill gotten wealth of her family! Isagani Nerez has given orders to CIDG Major, Nathan Villegas, to pump all of the money he can out of the Angeles City area and pass on up the line!
Number two on the list of dangerous people in the Angeles area is one of Isagani Nerez's cohorts. Major Nathan Villegas will comply with orders to make money by continuing new and dangerous set-ups and committing murders.
Number three are the police at station four, where asshole policeman "Screwy-youie-louie", Louie Tan and Rene Aspe are in charge. That is spelled as Rene ASSpe.
The drug set-up is run by two groups. The police out of station four and by the CIDG office that Major Nathan Villegas heads up.
He also allows Screwy-youie-louie Tan and his men in on the action because they are "working" in Tan's area of operation (AO). Since the CIDG and the regular police, under Louie M. Tan and Rene Aspe, do not trust each other with money they do not mix up their men. The police work their drug set-ups and the CIDG police work their own drug set-ups.
Here is how they want it to happen,
You stop at any number of, shops-on-wheels called "roadside vendors" for a cigarette or matches or a lighter. The vendor offers to sell you drugs. You buy and the CIDG police step out, in plain cloths, and arrest you. Now the scare tactics, minor torture, intimidation with guns, smacks, hits with fists, begins. They may not take you to station four or the CIDG compound because they fear this web site will expose them. Isagani Nerez has given orders to Nathaniel Villegas to increase "revenues". This means you foreigners are the targets. The police work these same extortions and kidnappings on Philipinos but they must charge a much lower "Facilitation fee", usually from 3,000 to 10,000 pesos ($63 to $210.50).
What usually happens is the tourist refuses to buy drugs and the police kidnap him and extort money We do not know of a single tourist yet that did buy drugs.
It has gotten so bad in Angeles City that they simply walk by where you are eating and throw the drugs onto the top of your table and then you are arrested! Mate, you are in deep poo-poo now. The CIDG police and/or Louie Tan's police have kidnapped you. If you end up in their judicial system filled with their corrupt, racist, money-grubbing, prosecutors you are dead meat, indeed! Mate, you will never get a fair trial like you would in England, Western Europe or America.
One man had a small amount of drugs thrown on his table after refusing the walk-by seller (Police helper). He immediately got up and left only to be arrested by the extortion police a few steps away! These police were working out of station four run by Chief Arsehole "Screwy-youie-Louie" Louie Tan and chief ass, Rene Aspe (ASSpe).
The policeman/police asset that throws the drugs on your table, or plants them in your pockets or bag is never arrested! Jesus mate, he is working with police-owned-illegal-drugs! intindi (Understand now)?

Section 29. Criminal Liability for Planting of Evidence. "'Any person who is found guilty of 'planting' any dangerous drug and/or controlled precursor and essential chemical, regardless of quantity and purity, shall suffer the penalty of death'."
Will the police, we will name on January 10, 2009, be pursued under the above law? They should be because they planted drugs and then kidnapped the Canadian!

Next they send a man to grope your wife or girlfriend, in broad daylight trying to start fights with foreigners and then you are kidnapped and extorted! You are a foreigner in a country filled with people who have massive inferiority complexes. They resort to brute force to prove their superiority.
The Philipino is not smart, but is extremely cunning. Only the CIA types can compete with a Philipino novice. If the Philipinos were smart they would kick out their leaders. The ones in power are not smart or they would stop the corruption that has made their country the laughing stock of the world! Smart? No, but cunning? Yes, indeed!
Under orders from Isagani Nerez, the former Baguio drug pimp and now pimping out of an office in Camp Crame, the CIDG in Angeles City are going to let loose a crime wave of all kinds of set-ups against tourists and long time residents in 2009.
This crime by the extortion police does not include normal Philipino criminal gangs, Korean mafia, Russian mafia, Australian mafia, Chinese triads, and a multitude of Philipino con-men and murderers for hire that all congregate in a small red light district and all wanting a piece of the action! Damn!, is Angeles City the only whore capital in the world? What about Pattaya, Thailand or Rio de Janeiro, Brazil?
