The most used motto of the police in the Philippine Islands is a quote from the bible which says,

"Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free."

But when the truth is told they blame the truth for a decline in marks they can set-up, instead of blaming themselves for their unbridled greed.

Is the truth really the truth to them or is the truth only what they say about themselves for their public whitewashing?

When I was in the Philippine Islands we had a joke at the United States embassy. "Only at Christmas time and election time could you see the faces of the criminals lining up at the hog troft."

The winning party leaders in one of their Presidential elections said upon winning, "Our turn now at the hog troft.".

What happens there, during these two times, is the posting of the pictures of political figures all over the whole country.

These hypocrites are wanting votes at election time and at Christmas wishing the people well in their desperate squalor and dire poverty!

(December 25, 2008) The police at station four, charged with the red light district, have been having a number of special visitors lately. They desperately want to shut down this website and one elected official has finally asked the U. S. embassy for technical help.

Embassy intel people, be very careful or we shall reveal your immigration section and their money-making schemes. In addition we have ready to upload some spying that you should not be doing and certain "highly rated assets" in the Philippine government. This will tarnish all of you and will bring about a a rip-roaring mess. So leave us alone. We have done more good with this site than all of the years you pansies have. The officials over there only understand raw, brute force and money. Money talks to them!

Why the hell don't you embassy officials apply sanctions by holding back money from the thieves? Do not give us the party-line, "We do not interfere in the internal affairs of a foreign country" tripe! We know that all the State Department and State Department intel groups do is interfere in the internals affairs of any country they can! Save that cock'n bull bola-bola for your first-time-overseas new guys.

Where is the America that killed 49 out of 50 Moslems and buried them with dead pigs in early 20th century? That one act stopped the fighting in all of Mindanao.

Continued from "Other helpful sites") Among these illegal operations are drug manufacturing, protecting drug manufacturers, extorting foreigners from all countries through a number of set-ups including placing drugs in match boxes by sidewalk cigarette sellers (Done last week with approval of Major Aspe at Station Four) where they extorted 100,000 pesos from a young man from Hawaii.

When the cigarette vendor asked him if he wanted to buy some drugs he replied, "No". That is not what the police wanted to hear so two of them suddenly stepped up, grabbed him and walked him to Station Four! Why didn't they arrest the vendor?

They extort by placing porn on your computer, they extort by setting you up with underage girls. Old "Screwy-youie-by-Louie" made this one famous, indeed. "Screwy-youie-Louie tan" forces businesses to buy his potted plants for 800 pesos when the business could go buy their own for 150 pesos. Beautifying Angeles and Baligao, eh "Screwy-Louie"?

They sell fire insurance, the "Jo Jo" group run by a city councilor, just forces extortion through extra fees from every bar-girl (Paid by the businesses, of course), they protect you from raids for certain amounts and then raid you anyhow to get more using the NBI or CIDG claiming they, the police, knew nothing about it. If you do not pay the "jo jo group" extortion then you are raided and closed down. They do not have to have a legal reason to close you either. You want to fight for years in court to reopen? You dumb foreigner, welcome to the beautiful Philippine Islands!

Major "Screwy-youie-Louie Tan" has been the contact or middle man for many murders both foreigner and Philipino, City Hall gives a permit certifying a girl is legal age to work in a bar - she is hired- and the same day they raid and take monies from the cash register and hundreds of thousands because the girl, they certified of legal age a few hours before is now suddenly "underage"!

They raid bars for nude shows and then settle for 100,000 pesos while protecting the foreign pedophile that runs the bar!

They bus in beggars and take part of the monies the beggars receive. They set in front of business while pickpockets work for them inside cleaning out the pockets of foreigners!

The elected officials know all about this for they receive part of the monies. Other parts go to Isagani Nerez the C.I.D.G. chief for the whole Capital Region. His office is at Camp Crame and to the other higher ranking hoodlums above him.

Higher ranking elected officials are also making bigger money by allowing "foreign partners" to run large-scale scams that net the elected officials and foreigners hundreds of thousands, not pesos, but dollars!

There is a foreigner running scams, (buying businesses for hundreds of thousands of dollars) against other foreigners and we want him to return the monies he owes or stolen or we will place his name here in 14 days from today. (December 21, 2008)

These foreign partners are, for the most part, given a license to do as they wish. Since they are so well protected some of these foreigners reach the depths of evil when they bugger little Philipino children. And they are literally being protected by politicians who tell the police to protect their evil deeds.

Other foreigners run smaller scams and when caught the police are given orders to threaten the foreigners who were scammed, not the ones doing the scamming! Sometimes the foreigners who were scammed are murdered when they will not stop exposing what happened to them. "Screwy-youie-by-Louie Tan", the police Major at Station Four, has been the middleman for a number of murders of cheated and scammed foreigners. There is only injustice awaiting any foreigner caught up in any court proceeding in The Philippine Islands. No justice at all!

We cannot name a single foreigner who was found innocent and his corrupt accusers were tried and jailed. We know of two whom were found innocent the last 9 years, but the police were never tried for their trumped-up crimes perpetrated against these innocent men.

The foreigners who made money with the elected officials give up part of their mal-earned monies which go up the line to the Justice Department and even to the President of the whole country!

When the elected officials want to take over a business they simply murder the owner if he is a foreigner. If he is a Philipino they intimidate, threaten with lawsuits (Like Mayor Blueboy is using attorney Willie Rivera to do now in an attempt to steal a hotel). They send ruffians to start fights in the business, yell at the owner, until customers are all run away and the business starts failing. They then step in with more pressure until they get their prize.

As the months go onward if you want to see the evil that humans are capable of doing you should read this website because we are going to show you some of what is in the hearts and minds of police and elected criminals!
