ANGELES CITY -- The Peace and Order Council (POC) is eyeing an ordinance that would prohibit the wearing of helmets in selected areas of this city (Web Note, Murders in the red light district by helmet wearing cyclists, being the main reason) as a good measure to prevent robberies perpetrated by motorcycle-riding criminals.

This was agreed upon during the council's recent meeting, which was presided over by Mayor Francis "Blueboy" Nepomuceno. Council members expressed their belief that declaring of crime prone areas of this city as "no helmet zones" would significantly minimize motorcycle-related crimes. (Web note, while never hearing of robberies by cyclists wearing helmets we have heard of many foreigners and Philipinos being shot from helmet wearing cyclists.)

They noted that most motorcycle-riding robbers usually wear helmets or bonnets to avoid being recognized by their victims and the police. Nepomuceno has requested City Council presiding officer Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting, who is the vice chairperson of the POC, to study the possibility of enacting an ordinance that would create "no helmet zones." The vice mayor has agreed to the mayor's request.

Even though this proposal was passed, the hit men who murder Philipinos and foreigners in the Fields' Avenue area, are still being seen wearing helmets to hide their faces both before the hit, when scouting and during the murders. Which means the police are in league with the hit men! Which means the most of them are Philippine National Police or military men, the police are to help during the murders! The police are the hyenas and the rest of you fools are the prey animals!

Don't you understand. The new law is for window dressing, not really meant to have a result of holding down the murders of foreigners by hit men. The new law is to clean up the bad image of the mayor and the rotten corrupt police! It will never be enforced, intindi (Understand)?
