Another unfortunate foreigner has been murdered and 2009 has hardly begun.

Things would be evened up if the prey animals of the plains were allowed to carry guns for protection, but to insure that foreigners are easy targets for the police the P. I. laws do not allow foreigners to carry guns!

Angeles-Balibago red light district is almost like a war zone with foreigners afraid to walk near street vendors for fear of drugs going to be thrown at them and the extortion police jumping out to make the arrest of "easy money".

When will the police and the mayor of Angeles City keep the criminal gangs out of the red light district. At least under former Mayor Carmelo Lazatin these, for the most part were kept out!

The foreigners only had to worry about the CIDG police and the regular police who ran set-ups to "supplement" their incomes! Now Angeles-Balibago has both police groups, along with the NBI and criminal gangs!

German hacked to death By: Bernard Galang

ANGELES CITY -- Policemen discovered on Monday the body of a German tourist who was believed to be hacked and stabbed to death in his home in Malabanias Village within rock-throw of Fields Avenue.

Chief Inspector Rene Aspe (Rene ASSpe) of police station 4 here, identified the victim as Bernd Diefenbacher, 59, single, and temporarily residing at 75 Makiling St., Plaridel Subd. in Malabanias here.

Rene Aspe said Diefenbacher’s friend, Siegfried Wittman, 61, who stays at America Hotel also in Malabanias village here, sought the assistance of policemen in checking out the residence of the victim.

It was learned that Wittman had tried but failed to see or contact Diefenbacher through the phone.

At around 12:15 p.m. last Monday, SPO3 Romeo Amarillo and PO3 Joven Rodriguez assisted Wittman to Diefenbacher’s residence and were shocked to see the half-naked body of the victim lying face down near the fence.

A two-foot long bolo (machete) and a blood-stained knife were found near the victim’s body.

Inspection showed that the rooms inside the house were in disarray, prompting police investigators to presume that theft was the primary motive of still unidentified assailants.

Aspe said the victim sustained hack wounds on the head.

Senior Superintendent Pierre Bucsit, Angeles City police director when talking about the murder strangely, did not mention the man was killed by someone hacking him in the head with a two foot long machete (bolo).

The extortion and drug-planting police will do one of four things in this murder case,

1. Feel pressured, but so lazy in doing an actual investigation, that they will make some innocent Philipino confess.

2. Cover it up when they discover the murderer is owed favors by the police.

3. Let the ombudsman have the case, which means it will just lie on a desk and be filed and nothing will ever be done. The police are too busy extorting monies to waste time on what they consider "only a foreigner". There is the problem with the Philipino having a massive inferiority complex and their rage and racial hatred for anyone who is white!

4. And maybe the police did it or hired someone to do it for them. If this is the case then they may later murder the man they hired to keep his mouth shut. CDDG asshole, Isagani Nerez was especially evil using this double-cross on killers-for-hire he used in Baguio City a few years ago while he was chief of police there.

5. They might accidentally get the real murder/murderers.

Thoughts,

We wonder if the police checked the blood on the machete and the knife to see if the blood was the same or two different bloods. This would mean that if two types (or two different DNA) were found that the German man had used one of the two weapons to defend himself, thus inflicting cuts on the murderer/murderers whom possibly would seek medical attention?

Would the smart police address this issue for us?

There were two weapons stained with blood found at the scene,

A knife and a machete.
