Secretary Teodoro, thank you for hosting us today. It’s a great pleasure to be back in the Philippines, my first visit to Manila in almost twenty years, and the first visit by a United States Secretary of Defense in almost ten years. Frankly, it’s been too long on both accounts and I’m honored to be the first representative of President Obama, his first cabinet officer, to visit the Philippines.
We had a good conversation about a number of issues from the United States assistance to the Armed Forces of the Philippines to broader regional security matters. Over the last decade the Philippines has faced a number of security challenges and has met them squarely. This is testimony to Secretary Teodoro’s strong leadership, his efforts to reform the Armed Forces and the courage and adaptability of the Filipino military.
I look forward to meeting a few Filipino troops after this meeting. I will tell them as I told Secretary Teodoro that we are partners. We will continue to strongly support their efforts to defeat terrorists and extremists threatening their country and the region. Together, we will not relent until this threat has been eliminated. ((Does this mean that he is partners with a drug pushing, resource plundering woman Prez of the P. I.?))
Looking forward, I believe our relationship needs to evolve into a broader strategic one. The Philippines can play an important role in regional peace and stability, and, in fact, just hosted the ASEAN regional forum’s first ever field exercise. I also thank the Philippines for its contributions to eight United Nations missions. ((How about contributing to the release of foreigners kidnapped in the P. I. judicial system? Or placing police in jail that extort, murder-for-hire and such crimes?))
It is clear that the Philippines is taking on a larger role on the world stage. And, as it does, this relationship, one of our oldest alliance partnerships in Asia, is one that I believe will endure and deepen in the years to come. ((This is much bola-bola - BS!))

United States money goes to train Philipino mid-wives to help Philipino with their health during child delivery. How many doctors went to decrepit P. Ii. prisons to tend to the dire needs of United States citizens kidnapped by a corrupt judicial system? How many, huh? Does the U. S. Embassy see the the health of Americans?
United States taxpayers' money goes to help educate and treat Philipinos about and with TB. How many doctors were sent to prisons where U.S. citizens are held on trumped-up charges and now have TB due to the awful living conditions? How many times, huh?
The U. S. Embassy bought more than 400,000 books for Philipino school children. We wonder how many books the Embassy bought and took to U. S. citizens held in prison?
The U. S. Embassy has paid for bridges to be built, and many small dwellings in Mindanao province. How much money has the Embassy spend to get kidnapped U. S. citizens out of jail and given tickets to go back to America?
When a single or shacked-up citizen from any country is jailed on trumped-up charges the police usually take their belongings and divide them between themselves! Somehow these corrupt police believe to steal from foreigners is an entitlement!
More than 900 more projects will be built in the next four years! How about taking some of that money, get the court paper work into the hands of reasonable attorneys and get some of the Americans freed!
You arseholes sit down over there on Manila bay, drawing a good salary, kissing brown arses and know how the brownies operate. Giving money to them for "projects" is already putting the money into a black hole. Pay a few bribes, as you did in the Smith case, and set some citizens free!

United States money is given through the embassy to train Rural bankers on the ways to do financial transactions through mobile phones, yet we can give you the names of two officials of a bank that stold thousands of dollars in deposits from an American citizen! He has the CTDs, the national Central Bank head told the two officials in a signed letter to return the American's money and they refused!
During recent testimony in court the bank's bookkeeper and the bank clerk that counted his deposit initially admitted that the American did deposit the money!
After 7 years of delays he had to start all over and refile again few weeks go. Will this go on another 7 years?
All of the Philipinos the bank's attorney and new president stold from, have been receiving their monies. The American filed before they did!
This is their Philippine justice!
U. S. money goes to teaching them how to grow fish. How many decent fish meals has the U. S. embassy taken to U. S. citizens sitting unjustly in P. I. jails? You take care of Philipinos, give monies to their police knowing it will mostly disappear, what do you do for U. S. citizens?
You give money to help Flips have safe drinking water, but do you take safe drinking water to Americans rotting in the Flip jails?
You give money to teach Philipinos skills to earn a living, yet how many Americans have you trained while they have tons of time on their hands while they rot in TB infested jails on trumped-up charges?

((Nov 25 09)) We believe the Manila embassy officials like Eric Morin, Edward Soltow, Mario Recto, Dante at homeland security section along with Juan Adams, and good old Marc are genuine good-offs and betrayers. Marc was not interested at all in the information we offered to give him on the location of the infamous Mexican drug lord. He never answered our electronic mail.
As for the others in the list, many of you will and do know them for the arseholes they are already. They have more free poon-tang thrown at them in week than you old bar hoppers see in a month and those mentioned embassy officials are bedding as many as they can. Two of these men have had two STIs and one has one now!
Why don't some of you old soldiers tell us your stories and name names of embassy officials that have lied and screwed you over.
