Angeles City is home to various political criminal gangs. The most ruthless are the police. Many times foreigners make friends with these men and are brought into the fold, so to say, but most foreigners are forced to work for the police because the police have caught them in criminal activities and force them to be spies to help in extortions and sometimes small parts in setting up murders. Sometimes they are used to call the victim to ask him to meet them at a certain place, but waiting for the victim are police or police-hired murderers!

Philipinos want secrets. Any secrets you have that they can
use to blackmail you to extort money. They are experts in this.
Not only the police, but the most of them. Do not tell this criminal a single thing about your life.
A few foreign expatriates (know
as "aliens" - maybe you guys are from outer space?) are
becoming enamored with the romantic theme of living in the “Wild
Wild West” or “Bangkok
Dangerous” South
Pacific. One such Canadian expatriate named Norman
Gluck should be avoided. His love for the theatric
has reached levels of narcissism rarely seen, yet dangerous.
Currently living in Angeles City,
Gluck boasts about his money, connections with Israeli Counter
Terrorism Agencies, and the PNP, specifically Station 4, Chief
Inspector Rene Aspe, Col. Gemma Vinluan, and Screwy-Youie-Louie
(Louis Tan) himself. He
claims to be deputized as a PNP Operative (And he is) and PDEA
Intelligence Operative and licensed to carry a firearm in the Philippines.
His new game, has been VERY strongly
rumored, to be threatening visitors to Angeles City, via the internet,
obtaining personal information about them, setting them up
for the usual PNP shakedowns which he, no doubt, also gains money/favors
from.
He
gains this information via Angeles City information message boards.
Many have already banned his existence for this behavior, yet some
allow it to continue. Avoid him
at all costs.
While he boasts about his connections
in Angeles City, claims from well known expats are that Gluck is
not much on the scene in the expat community. He mostly
hangs around PNP Station 4 and checkpoints. Likewise the police
hang around his house, which is heavily guarded.
Most expats
have distanced themselves away from him as his behavior in the
past few years is growing more alarming. He has recently
threatened visitors with violence, death, rape of female family
members, and giving information to the PNP with bogus claims
to ensure complicated times in Angeles for the visitor.
U.S. and Canadian investigators
have been alerted to his activities and are looking into what can
be done. However, it would
take cooperation from the PNP (Philippine Islands National Police)
and NBI (National Bureau of Investigation
- The Philippine Islands version of the U. S. FBI).
It
is only when he tries to enter the U.S. or Canada, or enters the
Canadian Embassy that he can be questioned about his activities.
So far, this has not happened, although his claims that due to
his connections in the Counter Terrorist world, ensures safe passage
anywhere in the world. This has been confirmed as a lie by
several Intelligence Agencies.
Do not engage in discussion with
anyone going by the name of Norman on any Angeles City or Philippine
Islands' message board.

He works for the police and anything you want to remain out of police hands you should keep to yourself. Do not get drunk or loose-mouthed around him.

We understand that he has been mouthing off on forums there, making untrue statements about us and our website.
Mr. Norman Gluck, we have more intelligence on you than you have on yourself. Now we shall provide our readers with more about you,
Norman Gluck has a sister named Stacy. He has publicly stated on Angeles 2 forum that he was divorced and his wife has his children of which he is no longer allowed to see.
In 2003 he stated to several individuals that he was previously married.
Last year he changed his mind stating that he has NEVER been married and posted an affidavit on Angeles 3 forum (Not to be confused with Angeles 2 forum) stating he has no children and has never been married.
The Canadian Embassy would like to get him onto their property so they can ask him some serious questions. He is over there in Angeles City trying to hide, but his big mouth keeps everyone knowing who he is.
Mr. Norman Gluck cannot understand why most foreigners try to stay away from him, even through he goes on forums and threatens to cut their throats and murder them, while bragging that he is in tight with the local corrupt police! Most of his death threats are on Angeles 3 forum, where the owner has lost complete control of his forum!
Norman is friendly and works with the police providing them lintel on expats. He wants to remain friends with them in case he is ever busted or the Canadian Embassy wants to extradite him back to Canada to face the music there.
Norman had the same girlfriend for a few years up until recently. Her name is Rosamarie and she is from Mindanao. Rosamarie is believed to be from Surigao, Mindanao. t not positive about that.
After Norman and Rosamarie broke Rosamarie was working as a waitress at Treasure Island. We know that Rosamarie is fearful for her safety. She obviously knows too much about Norman's business and would be a liability to him.
Norman claims he has a brother named Robert. We know that this "Robert" is not his brother, but is a partner in crime. This lady is in grave danger!
In Norman Gluck's home is an electric fence set-up and this little thing he claims is a swimming pool. He does all of his computer stuff from there, except sometimes he goes out and to send us tripe. He has discovered that we got into his computer twice before!
He has a voice-over-IP phone set up with comclark and another internet service provider.
In one of his desk drawers he has several bank books. Not a dozen different bank books, but MORE! Damn, your security suck, Norman Gluck!
Norman is laundering money! He is a scammer!
His friend, Ron, who owns and runs Angeles 2 board which we have recommended for some of the content, has been pressured by the police and is working with them in some areas. Careful of Ron using your paypal to charge you year after year for your one-time lifetime payments to join.
We suspect that Ron is feeding the police information about some of you Angeles 2 members' financial details. Be careful there.

We advise, if you fancy, to search more on Norman Gluck on angeles 2 board by searching for the words, "wife" and put in whichever name Norman is using now. He has claimed to have 3 children and a father-in-law who is an attorney.

((Jun 12 09)) Vidar Nordaas a man from Norway living in Angeles City and working in a bar illegally provides much information to the extortion police that work at station four! He makes himself out to be a loyal fellow who does not like then police, but the police know he is working illegally, uses drugs nd he has accepted monies and helped them in the past! He is in their back pockets!
Last year he made 10,000 pesos when he asked the CIDG to show up at a lewd show. They showed up and extorted the place through an attorney Malic, working for Mayor Francis "Blueballs" Nepomuceno! Vidar's part of the extortion was only 10,000 pesos!
Many people wonder why he has such a hard-on for Miss Maribel P. Langley Van-Keulen since he spreads rumors and gossip against her every chance he gets.
We know the reason,
He has been instructed to do so by chief inspector Louie Tan. The same Tan has also instructed Roger Wheeler to also do the same against this American lady news media personality! Both have been spreading rumors against her for the police for more than 8 months! It is all part of stopping foreigners from calling for an investigation when the police fin ally murder her!
In 2009 Mr. Nordaas was finally arrested and jailed. He was able to bribe his way out again! Ah, the benefits of corruption among the evil!

Vidar has been known to set up his own business place to gain only 10,000 pesos from a corrupt CIDG head in Angeles City!
Originally a spy of Chief Inspector Tan, a drug seller, was told by Tan to inform him when he sold drugs to Gary Stone. The next time Gary Stone bought drugs the seller ratted him out to Tan. Chief Inspector Louie Tan nabbed Gary Stone on drug charges, but allowed it all to be paid off on condition that Gary Stone work with him as a spy and selling drugs. Gary Stone has been with Tan and Gerald Heinen ever since!

Norma Gluck runs a scam taking in monies from many nations, but mostly from Americans and Englishmen. He has accounts in various names and a small drawer full of bank account books.
The police could set him up and make, by our estimates, at least $500,000! Mayor, this man put us onto you saying we were cutting you a break. We exposed a few of your crimes due to Norman Gluck's prodding. Why don't you take $500,000 from him. You know old "Screwy-youie-by-Louie" Luisito Tan the head murdering policeman could pull it off. Or what the hey, why not get him on trumped-up charges like you men are doing to the lady journalist? You could really milk him for the "jackpot", indeed.
