Abelardo Estrada is guilty of breaking the human rights document signed by the hypocritical Philippine Island' government.
He is guilty of human rights violations, deny a client his human rights, covering or hiding evidence that would proven his client innocent. He misrepresented his client, by trickery stold his live's savings and has admitted to a class of attorney hopeful that he is guilty of human trafficking! He visits prostitutes! In a statement, the lawyers’ group also vowed to push sanctions on any lawyer who violated the "sacred oath" of the legal profession.
"It is not enough that they be tried in the bar of public opinion. If guilty, they need to feel the cold, hard bars of a prison cell. For those lawyers who may have violated their oath, they need to face the necessary sanctions imposable on any member who violates the sacred oath of the legal profession," the IBP said in its statement titled "Prodigious Corruption in the New Year."
IBP is supposed to mean Integrated Bar of the Philippines. This is the organization that all attorneys in their country are members of. However, we feel it would be nearer the truth if the "IBP" initials stood for, "Ingrates Bringing Plunder".
How can such a hypocrite as Abelardo Estrada make a statement like he made above when he milked a religious worker and then split the monies with a corrupt prosecutor named Asuncion Mandia? This whore, Asuncion Mandia, is now a judge! Obviously evil is what other people commit, but not what Attorney Abelardo Estrada of Baguio City, does. When he does the same or worse it is not wrong in his mind. Yes, that's it. When he does it it is not wrong!
A husband-wife team stold a key while at church services to the religious worker's apartment. They broke in a number of times and made off with the loot. The religious-worker attained a search warrant and the thieves, Riccardo Calpito ((Ric Calpito)) and his wife LeLanie Calpito ((Lanie Calpito)) , were caught red-handed. Yet Attorney Abelardo Estrada worked with Asuncion Mandia -a prosecutor at the time, to manipulate evidence and all 8 charges filed against the Philipino couple were dropped and they then filed charges against the religious worker! Judge Ruben Asyon ((Sometimes spelled as Rueben Ayson)) ordered his arrest for a crime that never took place! Typical injustice, philippine style. Lani Calpito's mother who lived no more than 50 meters away was the one that bribed the City prosecutor (Asuncion Mandia) by paying her husband Major Mandia a $200 bribe! The mother's name is Lilian Tadena or Lillian Tadena. She is the leader of their family crime gang whish was composed of LeLani and Ric Calpito, the two sisters of Lani and their father.
On the Philippine Islands the law on rape states that if you use your position to force someone to have sex with you then you are guilty of rape. Judge Ruben Ayson forced Asuncion Mandia, then she was a lowly "3rd prosecutor", into his bed on the promise of recommending her to the President of the country to be appointed a judge. She went to bed with him and was appointed to be a judge! Regional Trial court Judge Ruben Ayson is technically guilt of rape. The motherfuc%#r is a rapist!
Now you attorneys and students of law in Baguio city know how she suddenly went from a LOWLY "3rd prosecutor" to being a judge! She skipped many rungs of the ladder by laying on her back and opening her legs! What a whore, but then again maybe she felt justified because her husband is a well-know womanizer there in Baguio City! One day he is going to get ahold of some young beauty and have a heart attack!
Yet Ric Calpito and his wife, LaiLanie T. Calpito were also involved in preying on previous religious workers and were booked and jailed on 4 other charges before this! They were part of a small family criminal gang run by Lanie Calpito's mother! The whole family had been caught 4 other times, except for one son who was away working in Saudi Arabia. He said he believed his sister and her husband, Ric Calpito were making up the charges against the religious worker.
Abelardo Estrada, representing the religious worker prevented this man from making an affidavit and prevented many others from doing the same while attempting to get his client to "flee to America". Abelardo Estrada finally sent 6 men to beat the man and kill him if they must. They did not beat the ex-Kung Fu school founder!
The above S.O.B, named Abelardo Estrada, an attorney of some note in the politically corrupt Philippine judiciary has misrepresented dozens of other foreigners and Philipinos alike!
He has political designs and was wanting to run for Baguio City Mayor's office until the religious worker prevented that by threatening to go to the news media back early in this decade. When atty. Abelardo Estrada visits other countries he like to visit the prostitutes and then he sometimes tells his law students that he hired prostitutes. This is human trafficking! Attorney Abelardo Estrada is a whoremonger who has had the problem of how was he going to avoid his wife upon his return so he would not pass an STD on to her.

((Jun 28 09)) We received this letter from a man in Baguio City, Philippine Islands. He asked us to not mention his name for fear of losing his life. He said that Attorney Abelardo Estrada would have him murdered.
"Mr. Saligao,
A man kept coming into a home near me. He would go in with a young and very pretty Igorot lady. Sometimes they could be seen kissing when he left her at her door. He would visit so many times. He acted strangely. Never take her out, but paid all of her bills. This is unusual therefore I decided to follow him. He turned out to be attorney Abelardo Estrada and had an office at the city hall of justice on an upper floor!
My wife and I were shocked that he would sneak around like a common criminal. He is married twice already. Our country does not allow divorce. Don't know how he managed that, but money talks with our justice people and police.
The lady had a baby by him. I wanted you to know this man is a high ranking attorney in our province. He is a criminal. A man that would cheat on his wife after making vows cannot be trusted in anything, I believe. Our society is macho and is this way with many men.
I have two friends that know more criminal acts this man has committed. Today they said they would go home and write their stories by hand. I will type and send to you. Expect more in a few more days.
