During November and December we have had several people send us the last two months of Harry The Horse. We have not had time to read these two issues until December 17. During our Friday morning briefing this man's name was brought up by one of the team who said the "Enriquez" name was so inherently singular that he knew we had a file on him. The last few years this man has come up in a number of conversations and we did have a file on him. Our information concerning this man is not that which a moral person would be proud of. Upon reading our file about Mr. Enricky L. Enriquez, we knew we had to reply.
The Philipino shown below is dangerous. He is well know there in the red light district and has conned many foreign nationals and Koreans going back to the 1990s! He prefers to target Koreans.
This is an old photo of him, but we understand it still bears a remarkable resemblance to him now. We estimate the man is close to 56 to 58 years of age. He is married, birthed many children to bar girls and is a very smooth operator who can appear to be anyone's friend.
His hair is much grayer now and he is slightly thinner in the face, with a little bit of a belly sticking out front. Careful of this man!

((Dec 24 09)) Roger Wheeler has been hired by the new Korean opened "Hotel A" located at 21 Malabanas Road.
This hotel was built by one of many street hustlers who prey upon foreign nationals, Real name - Enricky L. Enriquez. This former engineer conned his way into being the one who hired and fired contractors and took the usual expected kickbacks.
There is a possibility that Ricky Enriquez is the slient business partner of the Korean owner and if something bad happens to cause the death or disappearance of the Korean owner this Philipino will be involved!
This man has been a hustler of sorts for years in the Fields Avenue area where he makes friends with expats, especially Koreans. He is as smooth as silk and able to con his way into their confidence and then springs the trap, either death or borrowing a large sum which he never repays.
A number of Koreans have signed their businesses over to him as a partner, as required by Philippine racist laws, only to be gunned down later. The murders are never solved and Mr. "Ricky" Enriquez is left with the assets of his deceased Korean business partners!
This man is dangerous! He goes by the name of Ricky Enriquez. Be very careful of this criminal! We do not understand why the Koreans keep on recommending him to each other. We surmise they do not know how many Korean business partners have been murdered or disappeared before they became just another mark!
From what we have been able to glean from older recordings there are at least three Koreans murdered leaving him their assets, and more than likely more than these. We do not have the time to spend hundreds of hours on this low-level con-man when there are major murderers and plunderers working in our AO. Not having enough time nor enough men are our major handicaps.
