I would like to bring it to your attention and to all your readers and followers of this site, that I have been receiving grave verb and physical death threats from a certain Philippine National Pulis (Police) officer (and his other rogue elements) and officers.

This PNP officer has intentionally and wrongfully pointed a crooked finger against me for your website, which I am not the owner or publisher of this website. The Criminal Investigation Detection Group (CIDG) and National Bureau of Investigation ((NBI) are fully aware that I have nothing to do with this site, and so does the erring PNP officer and officers trying to point a crooked finger my way for it.

I am alerting anyone reading this website should something happen to me to call their Congressman, Senators and President of their country to request an intensive murder investigation into my death.  This is not a joke, as a life or lives are at stake here.

A certain Police Officer has intentionally and maliciously published my name and address to be printed by unscrupulous reporters who are bias in their stories and defending such erring law enforcement personalities and organization as it is the hand that help feed them.

I would like to go on record that I am a member of the National Press Club here in the Philippines. If ever I needed to go anywhere to expose anomalies and corrupted personalities, I would have gone through our national media and press that have credibility. We do not use local reporters for certain newspaper here in Pampanga because some are engaged in or mixed in with these erring PNP or political personalities. They do not write or print the truth, and often more they write a story only to mislead the public of the true facts. These reporters take the police side and not get both sides of the story or incident. Yes, pretty much just like how the law enforcement and judicial systems work and function here in the Philippines.  

Fact is, due the recklessness and direct personal attacks done by this certain PNP officer and officers; he is in grave jeopardy of losing his job for criminal acts done to me.  He has pending criminal and administrative complaints and cases, all of which was his doing. I am filing a Libel case against him in his co-conspirators who he helped commit perjury and all are responsible for paying me P30million (Philippine Peso) in damages and serve 2-6 years in jail.  I have refused to dismiss any criminal and administrative cases against him and his co-conspirators even after he has approached me personally, as well as had his friends begged, pleaded, and made both grave and death threats to me if I do not.

I will not be bullied, threaten, or intimidated by this PNP officer and his rogue PNP officers and friends, some of which are high officials here in the Philippines and are engaged in trying to railroad me and incriminate an innocent person for various trumped charges. This PNP official can not be allowed to get away with what he has been allowed to do and without consequences for his criminal acts and activities. He has literally gotten away with this for nearly three decades, which is absurd! This PNP has also met up with local judicial personalities at the Hall of Justice here in Angeles City, so they can do as they have to numerous of other foreigners for Extortion/Robbery purposes.

I don’t need to mention this PNP official or personalities, as I am sure everyone is familiar with whom I am talking about.  What I find ironic, who all these foreigners here who don’t even speak the same language, or never met each other have the same complaints or experiences with this PNP official and his rogue officers and friends? What are the chances?

In this past week alone, I have been followed around by PNP officials riding unmarked motorcycles and with hooded or full helmet and a jacket over their top PNP uniforms. So you ask how I can tell they are PNP, if their face and jacket are covered up—they made the faux pas of not covering up the Philippine National Police Uniform pants and their PNP shiny black shoes and the PNP sticker nicely placed on their bikes exposing them. 

One must ask, of all the check points, under the Land Transportation Office Management and the PNP running these Checkpoints under the Memorandum NO LICENSE PLATE OR REGRISTATION- NO DRIVING, why are these unmarked vehicles allowed to be driven around? Who can get away with driving an unmarked or with no license plate or registration here in the Philippines? Have you ever see a PNP officer wear a helmet? To be a real Philippine National Police they must lead by examples right?

First, they are to obey any and all laws as a police officer, but why can’t they even adhere to the basic rule of wearing a helmet when operating a motorcycle.  This RARELY NEVER HAPPENS, unless their up to no good or have malicious intent.  Secondly, why is this PNP guy wearing a jacket in this blistering hot weather in an unmarked motorcycle??  To all you foreigners, if it looks odd, then chances are—it is. If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, smells like a duck, more than likely it is a duck. Getting the big picture here……….?!

I have taken the proper procedures and alerted first the United States Embassy in Manila. As a press member of the NPC, I have personally called and contacted US Senator Barbara Boxer who heads the Committee looking into the unabated and unexplained mass murders here in the Philippines. Many witnesses and victims has linked strong evidence that members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) are mostly behind these heinous killing and murder sprees and my murder will not be the last of its kind should they be allowed to carry out on their death threats.

The whole world and international communities are aware that Press members have a short living span here in the Philippines. Almost daily journalist, radio, and other press members have been greatly threatened, murdered, ambushed, and continued to be illegally detained and murdered under President Arroyo regime.

It is only due to the outcry of the international community and the United Nations, along with the United States that has insisted and demanded President Arroyo and her administration to step up any and all efforts in preserving any life here in the Philippines, further to immediately stop such heinous and murder acts being done in that effort as she is the leader and it is her responsibility to answer for such human rights violations.

President Arroyo and her administration have not taken this matter seriously and despite victims asking for her assistance to stop the threats, she turned a cold shoulder, why should she? She has only promoted PNP and AFP officials and there has not been 1 prosecution for any murders committed by people she has put into their leadership positions in these agencies, who only follow and gives out the orders she has them to execute. I think we all can see the big picture now and
if you haven’t, then read back of all the articles where journalist, media, radio have disappeared, murdered in front of their own homes and much more for seeking help as I am doing now.

I have also alerted National Police General Verzosa, PNP Criminal Investigation Detection Group, Col. Isagani Nerez, certain members of the Department of Justice, Human Right Advocacy, Malacaang officials (who should have alerted President Arroyo by now, as well as I have sent her a copy of my complaint). All efforts to ensure that the Chain of Command accepts full responsibility should something happen to me, as I am requesting immediate security and protection from KOTONG AND ROGUE PNP personalities and officers.

This certain PNP official, who has sunk to the level of blaming me for the deterioration of tourism in Angeles City, has done so in malice to mislead the public and world of the true facts.

Fact is, he and his co-conspirators who are blood brothers at arms are to blame for the significant reasons tourism has decreased in the AC area. Why do these illegal set-ups allowed to continue under the current and previous Mayor here in Angeles City and what type of President is President Gloria Arroyo to allow such blatant violations to the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines.

We must wonder why the Philippines is rank #1 in Corruption and Plunder, as well as Human Right violations that has been lodged not only by the Filipinos here in this country, but tourist and visitors alike due to their unforgettable ordeals by these KOTONG and ROGUE PNP?  

I went on public record against this so called PNP officer who believes he is above the law that he can intimidate, make grave threat and get away with killing innocent victims who stand up for the rights. This can not continue and we can not allow him to keep violating and intimidating foreigners who merely came here for a short visit or enjoy their retirement life.

I will not commit murder, as I love my life too much and value family and friends to selfishly just kill myself—that will never happen. If I am murdered, or so easily commit suicide (as they would like or mislead you to believe), one would have to wonder why none of the following Republic of the Philippines political personalities starting with President Arroyo has done nothing to prevent and excuse these rogue PNP officials and officers. It is within her power and authority as the President of the Philippines to stop the unabated and mass murders that still plague this sovereign and Democratic country she has portrayed to the rest of the world as a civilized nation.

Further, that I do not do any illegal drugs, so these PNP and other rogue elements can’t plant drugs on me or say I died of a drug overdose. Anyone and I mean anyone who knows me knows I don’t do drugs, nor do I even smoke or rarely drink. I will not allow or subject myself to be intimidated by these rogue PNP officials and officers who have done this countless of times to innocent and misfortunate foreigners here in the Philippines.

Should something happen to me I request that my immediate family, US Embassy in Manila, United Nations on Commission of Human Rights, Department of Justice of the United States and President Barrack Obama take immediate action against the murders and the individuals and organizations of the RP agencies that protect such killers by starting from with President Arroyo who has done nothing to protect Press members from threats and death threats. I would like to know, “When is there real justice? When a member of the Philippine National Police as an officer, agent, or official can falsely incriminate an innocent person of a crime when there is no evidence to support his allegations, there can not be justice.

Further when can there be true justice when the allegations are just a mere collaboration concocted by these individuals or group he has solicited in helping commit perjury to pursue a frivolous charge and incriminate an innocent victim for malicious prosecution for a crime or crimes they never committed?” Only in the Philippines, right? 

Is this how the Philippine National Police function and work, incriminating and falsely setting-up the innocent because they are PNP officials and officers, and they believe themselves to be above the law?

 The very law that these so called police officers or law enforcement personalities are to be enforcing they routinely break by murdering, kidnappings, set-ups drug labs, protecting drug labs, insurance on businesses and shake-downs!

The same PNP officers who get co-conspirators and public officials to commit perjury and falsify court documents, court and legal and police papers to carryout such malicious prosecution. The Philippines is in the state of “Lawlessness”, due to these rogue PNP engaged in criminal activities that violations human rights and basic fundamentals of law here in the Philippines.

These rogue or KOTONG PNP (what they are call themselves here in the Philippines), have allowed themselves to break the very laws they should be protecting and ensure the safety of citizen both foreigners and of the Filipinos visiting and living here in the Philippines. The PNP organization starting with Chief PNP General Jesus Verzosa has sworn get rid of erring police officers, but they have allowed this erring PNP officer who has gravely tainted the image of the PNP and violating the PNP moral code of conduct by and committing criminal acts under RA Penal Code.

If PNP General Jesus Verzosa and President Arroyo are not willing clean up these erring Police officers, even after numerous complaints lodged against them, then what can we do as a society but be subject to further harassment and threats such as I have received.

What are the chances that theses foreigners and Filipino have filed similar reports to the proper authorities such as NAPLOCOM, Internal Affairs Service, Department of Justice, Human Right Commission, People’s Law Enforcement Board, National Bureau of Investigation, Department of Interior and Local Government and other Republic of the Philippines and for any and all the complaints to fall on death ears and their complaints dismissed or not even entertained?

But this certain PNP official and his comrades have throughout the years been promoted and have lived larger than life, far more than most foreigners who came here to retire. Hhhhmm, all on a PNP salary and pay even with the economy struggling. Gee, maybe I should have been a PNP myself and I would be an instant millionaire and promoted to reach the society pillars here in the Philippines.  Better yet, if that certain PNP official was a Fisherman (as he is good in fishing around), he would of better served his country and saved the PNP Organization from embarrassment and disgracing it as he has.

To all you reader and followers, this is some real stuff. The Philippines is supposed to be a civilized and Democratic country and shame on President Arroyo who was educated and lived in American and has failed to implement real and true Democracy here in the Philippines. Maybe not as one person, but as reader and followers to this website that has provided so much information for us here in the Philippines, we know we are not alone and that we as a whole can make a difference should something happen to innocent individuals as listed and posted on this websites of their ordeals and bad experiences here.

An Appeal To The Philippine Islands' News Media To Speak Out Through Us

This lady correspondent has more guts and raw courage than thousands of Philipino new-media-people who know, and some foreigners, who know what she knows, and have stood by and done nothing. For decades this has been going on and everyone stood by and let it happen.

Louie Tan, contrary to Philippine National Pillagers standards, has been in the same place for nearly 3 decades. He has never been moved from Angeles City because he makes so much money from his drugs, shakedowns, scams, protection to businesses as fire insurance, extortions, drug plantings on foreigners, and the like. Overheard were two conversations between ranking PNP personnel and the attempted murderer working out how they plan to get him out of the "attempted murder" and who paid the bail bond of 120,000 pesos!

The fact is the suspect was brought in about May 2 09 and was let out on May 8 09.

Chief inspector Ronaldo Lorenzo disobeyed orders that they were to take the attempted murderer to city jail, instead of keeping him in the red light area jail, station four.

They kept him at station four to protect him, work out the plan to get him released, and to coordinate other criminal acts!

In addition chief inspector Ronaldo Lorenzo knows he was caught illegally protecting the attempted murderer by holding him at his jail after the fourth and became angry at Miss Maribel Langley Van-Keulen questioning under directions of her counsel to find out the status of the attempted murderer!

In addition chief inspector Ronaldo Lorenzo was angry at the lady correspondent, Miss Maribel Langley Van-Keulen, because she exposed another robbery - extortion attempt by the station four police.
