The Police at Station Four and the C.I.D.G. Police are two separate groups, but often work together in many illegal operations (ops), such as in extortions. Both groups work for Pierre Bucsit whom gives Louie Tan, CIDG chief Nathan Villegas, and others a percentage of everything, usually 25%!

On December 19, 2008 my man was set-up by the Angeles City Police.
They hogtied him and drove him around for a long time. Showed him the jail-10 beds for 150 people, no water no toilets etc.
They made him pay them to not be kept in jail but rather a "hotel". This so-called hotel was filthy and cockroach infested. The cops hung him from a wall by handcuffs while ants and cockroaches crawled on him.
Finally he was able to contact family members. I was the only who could raise the $10,000 dollars and after hell at the bank and at Western Union I managed to get him freed.
Western Union gave me a real hassle because-surprise surprise -that cesspool of a country is known for scams and fraud etc.
He hid in his hotel room for days before a plane ticket could be obtained and then bribed a driver to take him at a different time from the appointed one and use back roads.
Sure enough the pigs were waiting for him at the airport-probably trying to soak us for another 10G....... he booted into "International space" so-as to be safe from these dirt bags.
I plan to get them myself ......but by all means use this story to warn others.

This extortion was near the "American hotel". He stopped at a street-side cigarette vendors little stand and was offered drugs. He refused the drugs then the rotten C.I.D.G. police kidnapped him! These police broke about 9 laws during the time they had this man kidnapped!

This is a very good sketch (95% accurate) of the man that led the kidnapping and finally the drug-extortion operation approved by Chief Inspector Nathaniel Villegas. The man's name was "William" and the four kidnapped him on Dec. 19, 2008. He is easily recognizable as Renato Bondoc Torres a.k.a. "Ranger". In the team were three others. Due to sloppy communications, even though they each have two cell phones, we have the names of two other evil CIDG men in on the drug-planting and kidnapping of "William".
These other names are, Edon Yalung - rank P02 and Alejandro Pascual - rank SP04. The fourth man had very poorly done tattoos on his arms and was a new guy, young fellow. We believe this fourth man is the one that took the photos of the girly show in the bar where Vidar the man from Norway is the manager of. Renato Bondoc Torres is a CIDG asset, but the other 3 men were police-CIDG Angeles City Provincial Branch. The man with the tattoos was a young man about 5 foot 6 to 5 foot 7 inches tall and he did not show a weapon, but was to go along to learn. Dang, we are smart, aren't we? How did we know that?
Ranger showed, believe it or not, a Luger! Another pulled his glock and another had a .45 calibre pistol!
The police that kidnapped William drove a dark bronze Honda car. Many times these criminal extortion-and-drug-set-up-police simply use cars of people they have arrested. They use prisoners cell phones and take their cameras, never returning the cameras. Sometimes the fools leave text messages and numbers they called on the victims' phones, which are then set to us.
