THE JO-JO GROUP EXPOSED!
City Councilor Victoriano Roxas Yabut Jr., know as "Victor" forces payments from the night market, which have been operating at Rizal Street, affects businesses in the area. Others also complain about alleged abuse by another City Hall official who is allegedly asking monetary collections from the night market vendors. This thief is one of the people in the Jo-jo group whom are now extorting tons more money monthly from the bars in the Balibago-Angeles city red light district! Thief, is a better term. The old "Philippine Salute" with the power of their Confederates the Nation bureau of Incest carrying the guns and making the raids to harass and threaten to close down the ones who will not bend and pay this additional extortion to these criminals!
City Councilor "Pitong" Agapito del Rosario partner-in-crime with attorney Victoriano Roxas Yabut Jr. These two are part of a group of "Philippine Saluters" are running a shakedown operation against Balibago-Angeles City businesses. Either the businesses pay the extra thousands each month or the National Bureau of Investigation - N.B.I. - goons raid their businesses, as has recently happened.
On April 29 and May 1, 09 the N.B.I. under directions from their intel chief, Ruel Lasala, NBI deputy director for intelligence services, raided 5 bars in the Fields Avenue area. A day or two later NBI agents dropped by bars wanting to extort monies above the "protection" the bars are already being extorted each and every month! The establishments were told to play up or the raids would continue. It matters little if the bars are operating legit or not. The disruption to business will cost them hundreds of thousands of pesos real or that could be realized! These dirty National Bureau of Incest cops know that. NBI men are truly criminals in every sense of the word's meaning. They are mostly attorneys and accountants.
In 2007 this attorney and criminal working for the NBI used to be the chief Anti-Illegal Drugs Task Force commander!
There is one common thread among most, not all, Philipinos. They all know how to give the "Philippine Salute" in one form or another. From the lowest street beggars to the President, they all do this! Endemic, is it then?
We have been hearing cell and mail traffic for more than a year now concerning you twirps! We have hardly mentioned this "Jo-Jo" thing because we were of a mind that they would simply pick one or two of you for murder to teach you not to talk! We were trying to protect you businessmen, hoping you would stand up to them and they would go away.
The businesses along Fields Avenue are already giving "Protection" money each month through what the Flip criminals ((The police)) call "Protection Brackets". This Jo-jo group will not give official receipts and pocket this additional extortion!
Though with the latest additional forced begging, which will put more than 4,000,000 pesos per month into their bank accounts, we have had enough!
It is impossible for a white man to tell a Philipino that he is running out of money and get them to believe you. A Philipino will suck on your tit until the tit is sucked off!
Attorneys Pitong Del Rosario and Victoriano Yabut have taken over and plan on enriching themselves by simply using brute force and National Bureau of Incest ((NBI)) guns to take monies from Balibago-Angeles businesses.
Others involved are,
Mayor "Blueballs" Francis Nepomuceno. This man, with a number of mistresses is the top banana, the top arsehole!
Joey Mendoza, who works at city hall. Joey already gets a share each month from the "Protection Bracket" payments, from the protection of drugs and protection of police or other "protected" criminals who get caught and fixing court cases! But he wants more!
If the businesses do not pay the 20,000 plus pesos per month then the National bureau of Investigation will raid those businesses. The M. F.ers can find something wrong even if they must place an underage girl in the bar with a legal ID starting she is of correct age to work there. Some businesses will be forced to pay much more than 20,000!
Nick Tolentino is part of the newest "Jo-jo" extortion group and works in city hall. He also gets illegally earned monies from "Extortion Bracket" payments, police extortions of foreigners, fixing judicial cases, protection of criminals the police and others pay to clean, and drug sales and protection!

The N.B.I. are paid a certain percentage from protecting drug operations and other criminal activities which include, but not limited to, hijacking of cars and their own extorting of tourists, business and Philipinos. Each month they send a certain percentage to their top commander, Nestor M. Mantaring!

We also, with hugs and kisses, ask you to rescind the other smaller extortions you rake in on the tests for the young ladies-of-the night in your area!

((May 30 09)) General Restua is kowtowing before Councilor and attorney, De Rosario. When Del Rosario calls old Restua puts the pressure on the business to bend to their wills and cough up the thousands upon thousands of "Shake-down" monies.
Restua stood as police director of Angeles City for a number of years.
Some business are already paying and others are resisting. The N.B.I. criminals will show up and conduct a raid and "Rescue young girls" or use some other ruse! These business are being drained by this "Jo-jo" criminals.
These two men control General Restua and pay him a percentage for his help. Years ago as AC police chief he received a very large percentage of the monies for drugs. He never has to work again, all done on a few hundred dollars a month given to a chief!
Councilors Del Rosario and Yabut, and General Restua, are nothing but Flip leeches sticking their hands out for money they have earned.
