In the photograph, senior superintendent Pierre Bucsit is speaking at a press conference where he blamed this website for the decline in tourism. He never blamed himself, the mayor, Camp Crame police leaders, CIDG chief inspector Nathaniel Villegas, senior superintendent Isagani Nerez or chief inspector Louie, "set-up king" Tan. All these police are leeches on the asses of anyone living in or visiting the P.I.

Pierre Bucsit, "The Rat", in a press conference, blamed the truth for a decline in tourism to "Sin City". He did not blame the crime being perpetrated against foreigners and Philipinos alike by the police as the reason. Ho, ho, ho, ho ho.
This is the same man that exposed the President of the Philippine Islands' son Mikey (Then an elected official serving the people) being involved in taking illegal gambling payoffs! We know how he made his come-back.
In a press conference this M. F. said that centralluzoncorruption.com is hurting Angeles City. Why not mention the preying on foreigners, murders of foreigners, under-age girl set-ups by police under Louie Tan or Nathaniel Villegas? Why not mention the planting of drugs on Philipinos and foreigners? Why not mention the police and their drug labs and protecting of drug labs for Asia's drug lords? Why not mention the police shake-downs? Why did he blame "THE TRUTH" for harming Angeles City? Don't all police say over and over, and have posted on their third world walls, that "The truth shall set you free"? What a ugly horse's ass Pierre Bucsit, "The Rat" is. We wish you not to have a good day!
Chief inspector Luisito M. Tan, the tourism killer. The C.I.D.G., with orders from Isagani Nerez to CIDG Major Nathan Villegas will soon overtake him to run more tourism away with their latest "drugs set-ups".
This Major (chief inspector) we nicknamed "Screwy-youie-Louie" Louie Tan is the chief extortion policeman of Angeles City. This man knows where all the bodies of the last 28 years are buried. Another retired policeman also knows, but we have not mentioned him yet and most likely will not.
If "Screwy-youie-Louie" ever talks he can throw dozens and dozens of police, politicians, prosecutors, and judges in prison. Many of his superiors are fearful of him. Our recent intercepts (Dec. 25, 08 to Jan. 2, 09) have revealed that three of his superiors have talked about "cleaning up society", which means the three are considering his murder.

In November of 2006 the Philippine government, full of people who stay in power by bribery, raw brute force, and murder, ratified the" United Nations Convention against Corruption". Is that a laugh or what? Then the Philippine Islands' government gets all huffy and puffy when the P.I. received a justified 121st ranking, almost at the bottom of the bottom. A chief asshole spokesman said the low ranking was "Unfair". Yea, right mate.
