The former Isagani Nerez gang of murderers in Baguio City, P.I. Now the criminal has a much larger gang and much more POWER!

On October 11 2006 the supreme court heard a strange series of cases rolled into one. It occurred in the city of Laog City and involved one certain CIDG policeman named Rolando Amanga.
A certain Mr. Camarillo purchased 3 lots. Two deeds were completed correctly, but the one for lot number one was not completed correctly. After repeated attempts to get the couple to do the proper paper-work Mr. Carmillo went to court against the couple that sold him the three lots. The case for the one lot that was not properly done (Lot number one), was heard by Judge Charles A. Anguilar. He dismissed Mr. Carmillo's case against the couple that had cheated him.
A few months thereafter Mr. Carmillo discovered that JUDGE CHARLES A. AGUILAR, REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, LAOAG CITY, BRANCH 12 has also bought part of lot number one!!!!!
Soon thereafter the CIDG, led by a corrupt murderer, an officer named Ronaldo Amanga, came with a search warrant and discovered many guns in the home of Mr. Carmillo. What is not in the court records is that the guns were planted by the orders of Judge Charles A. Aguilar! He asked the CIDG for help and they planted guns in the home of Mr. Carmillo! And Judge Charles A. Aguilar issued the SEARCH WARRANT!!! Only in The P.I., G.I.!
That judge Charles A. Aguilar used his position to intimidate Mr. Carmillo is obvious!
This same Criminal Investigation and Detection Group officer, Ronaldo Amangao, was also involved in a number of CIDG murders and "rub outs" in Baguio city dating back to 2000 and 2001!
Also involved in these murders and others years afterwards were CIDG police Chief Inspector Ricarte Marquez, PO2 Rocel Cejas, Senior Inspector, Fernando M. Callon, Jr., PO1 Sawad, PO1 Labiasto, SPO1 Carrera, SPO1 Lacangan and EVERY member of the 14th Regional CIDG office located in Baguio City!
Most of these murderers and evidence-planting officers were under the command of the criminal-wearing-a-police-uniform, Senior Inspector Isagani Nerez.
All anyone wanting to know the truth has to do is get each of these named criminals to take polygraph tests on setting-up people, tampering with evidence, with holding evidence, obstruction of justice, denying people of their human and constitutional rights, protecting drug lords and pushers, passing up the chain of command illegal gambling monies, forcing people to make false testimony before judges, murders, guns-for-hire,planting of guns, planting of drugs and you name it old Isagani nerez had his men do it!
Officer Jun Calde a teacher at the police school in Baguio City knew of Col. Mandia contriving a false case against someone else and was not willing to make an affidavit to the truth. What we discovered is that Jun Calde's wife was going to bed with one of her husband's students! Her name is Prezy Calde!
