Much info is found that very possibly save you from the extortion and murder police and scams from wheeling-dealing women. These people are much smarter than any white person, except for "Company" personnel.
"I was happy to see "Harry the Horse" mentioned real problems with the filthy, disgusting beggars, kids, & flower people. I did not come to Angeles to walk down street & have little ass hole kid throw stuff at me either. I certainly did not come here for the ridiculous number of filthy beggars all over the area.How many flower kids do I need to run into each day?
Twice street kids tried to steal out of my pockets. After 5 days I would not go to any bars on Fields. One week into my stay I left AC (Angeles City) to spent the next 3 weeks without the hassle.
Whom ever is in charge better pull their head out of their, where ever. The situation in my opinion, which to me is the only one that matters, is out of control where the street trash has taken control. I do not think anyone could possibly argue that point. If those living there care to ignore the problem...fine. My solution is to spend my time and money someplace else.
One of great advantages of Philippines is there are woman, bars, and nice places to spend money without having to deal with the local trash.
I am not an expert, only (a) tourist, but there are plenty of nice places to vacation that actually seem like paradise....
Like I have said, I need a vacation without stress. I can not change being tourist, but I can change place I spend my money..."

A report and the numbers of the beggars in the Balibago-Angeles City Fields Avenue area,
A. There are approximately 36, give or take a few, beggars in your small area.
B. They believe if they bother you enough you will give in to get rid of them. They are pushed and threatened with beatings by their handlers whom attempt to make them think they have a quote to meet.
C. These handlers are skimming off monies that their protectors do not know about.
D. The worst thing you can do is give them money. They will inform on you to the others and you will be a target over and over and over and more come from nowhere to give you the Philippine Island salute.
E. The women will squat along the side of the road to urinate. They do not carry tissue paper to clean with when they do the other business. They have absolutely no shame.
F. The monies they panhandle are given to their handlers every 1 to 2 hours. These handlers are men who owe allegiance to Screwy-youie-Louie Tan the deputy commander of police station four.
G. Screwy-youie-Louie Tan is their protector and the top-dog in his A.O. to protect this begging operation which was approved by the Mayor of Angeles City, himself, "Blueboy" Francis Nepomuceno.

This time we want all the monies that you and Louie tan have stolen the last few years returned. The total amou8nt is listed on this website.
