When the news media remains silent or exercises self-censorship they are poorly serving themselves and the country they claim to love. By remaining silent, they have capitulated to the corrupt officials and have become the same.
Your most treasured possession is "Truth", yet you hide the truth.
When news people remain silent they subvert the truth and do not deserve to make a living reporting when times are good. Self-preservation is the ultimate end of life. worth, serving, making a difference is life.
Do you people in the rest of the world know that usually if you hold a "Press conference" or "Give an interview" you must pay the news-media people that show up? Only in the P. I.!
When you see some criminal like Jesus Verzosa, Ping Lacson or Angeles City police chief, Pierre Bucsit given T. V. time or holding a news conference that means the news media involved are being paid or are intimidated or both to help clean up the image of the criminals!
Here is the main reason the P. I. news media, not all but the vast majority, are cowards. This man, named David Leprozo was only getting a vaccination, but ohhhhhhhh the terrible pain to the wimp! Of course he is part of the P.I. news media! He is a correspondent! What a pussy!

Prove to the world you are men, not wimps. Silence is self-censorship, a proof of cowardness and the ultimate approval of a corrupt government, a corrupt judiciary and police who carry out the murders for both.
If you send us your information we promise we will NEVER reveal your names. You will never be persecuted by your government on our account. Some of you have information that if printed would identify you by its contents. We are not asking for that kind of information.
Surely, as a group who wants to help all peoples, especially the Philipino people while helping your own country, some of you news-media people have a kernel of a consciences left. Some of you surely are left that want the real truth published, surely there are some.
It is not a matter of serving as intelligence agents for sides. This web site has only one side. The side that prints the truth as best we are able. We want the truth to be shown and printed. We have published crimes that foreigners and Philipinos commit. We do not "take sides", except the side that gives light in a dark world by printing truth. Will you help us help the Philipino people by exposing corruption?
If you will not help expose the corruption, you neither deserve to be free nor do you deserve freedom. Freedom costs, yet you have nothing to loose by letting us take the heat for you.
Where are the morals of the news-media? How can everyone remain silent? Are you all wanting to be like the "Sun Star Pampanga", whom the police and politicians use to clean the dung from their arses whenever they want a braggadocios story printed?
If you will not help expose the cancerous sores that have made your country a back-water and laughing stock to the rest of the world, then how can anyone believe what you print in good times?
The corrupt Department of Injustice has tentacles reaching up and down the judiciary and due to the latest bribery scandal. Let us join together to get them while they are on the run and afraid.
The corrupt murderers, Isagani Nerez, Jesus Verzosa and others are fearful of more exposure. Help us make them run harder. Help us give them more of their own medicine!
How about it, mates? Ready to step up to the plate and kick it into the net? Send us your intel and we will punish them and never let your name be known.
We know they will murder people for exposing them just as they have done to other media people printing the truth. We know they will use the corrupt judicial system to persecute you, jail you, and try to force you into bankruptcy, but we are willing to print what you cannot.
We also know that you cannot send all intel because some information is known only to you and publishing that would identify you. We are not asking for something that would help them identify you.

MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine National Police (PNP) advised members of media who have been receiving death threats to be alert and watchful of their surroundings.
“Be aware of anything unusual around you,” said Senior Superintendent Expedito Orillo of the PNP-Directorate for Intelligence during the PNP-sponsored seminar on “Security an Preventive Measures for Media Personalities” at Camp Crame in Quezon City.
Orillo said everyone should be security conscious while at home and on the way to and from work.
“This (awareness) doesn’t mean you will become paranoid. We just want you to be security-conscious and not become an easy target. We only have one life,” said Orillo.
Orillo’s lecture for members of the media from different publications, networks, and press corps was part of the effort of the PNP t minimize killings of members of the media.
“If you receive death threats, report (these) to the police, tell(these) to somebody you trust and take positive actions,” he said.
Orillo said before boarding their car, journalists should first look around, check what is unusual around or with the car itself since attackers may have planted something in the vehicle.
While driving, Orillo said journalists should be conscious of the plate numbers of the vehicles behind them, and “while walking, people must be aware of other people following you.”
“If you have made two or three turns already but noticed that the vehicle behind you is still trailing you… take down the vehicle’s plate number. Don’t go home immediately and try to shake them off by going in crowded places such as malls where many people can see them,” he explained.
Orillo also said journalists should also develop a network of sources who can help them find out the identities of people threatening them.
After Orillo’s lecture, reporters were given training on the proper handling of firearms with the supervision of PNP spokesman, and policeman, Nicanor Bartolome and other PN officials.
“Firing (of guns) is not the solution but it could be one of the solutions (in preventing media killings),” said Senior Superintendent Reynado Rafal, of the PNP-Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management. – Cecille Suerte Felipe
