Since the home was in her name ((a convenient Philippine Islands' law of racism that allows police, politicians and lawmakers to steal properties from foreigners)) she has it all . Lets see if she can keep the police from stealing it from her.
If she had her aussie husband murdered and the police find out, they will force her to sign the home and property over to them!

No doubt the home was bought by the Australian, because of the PI foreign ownership laws the Australian cannot own more than 40% of house and land. What are the odds, that he built up a nice little business over the three years he was there. Oops, the business is now in the hands of the girlfriend and her friends.

Gunmen kill Australian in beach house
A 56-year-old Australian man has been shot dead by unknown gunmen in the home of his Filipina girlfriend in the central Philippines, police said Friday.
Kenneth Fahey, from Sydney, was shot in the chest Tuesday after four unknown men broke into a beachfront house near the town of Ayungon on Negros island, said Insp. Eric Errol Besario.
The girlfriend, a widowed Filipina, told police the suspects kicked down the door as she watched television downstairs.
Fahey, who was sleeping upstairs, was shot as he rushed downstairs after hearing his girlfriend cry for help, Besario told Agence France-Presse by telephone.
The woman jumped out a window and fled to the neighbor who took her to the police station.
Fahey and the woman settled in the area about three years ago, Besario said, adding that he did not know the victim’s line of work.
