When you go to the United States Embassy about extortions and extortion attempts the U. S. Embassy personnel talk a good talk and then never get back to you! The reasons they do this are three:
A. They do not give a shit because current State Department feelings among personnel, you pay the salaries for, is that you made your bed in Angeles City and elsewhere, so you pay for it.
You are the one breaking international treaties against human trafficking and deserve what you get. They fail to realize not all expats are engaging prostitutes.
B. They are overwhelmed by the hundreds of cases reported to them and do not have enough personnel to help you. They know they are butting their heads against the P. I. wall of police and judicial corruption!
C. They do not want to create an incident that will damage U.S. - P. I. relations. The Flips are very conscience of their country's inability to be taken seriously in world affairs, thus are overly sensitive due to gargantuan inferiority complexes.

The "whipping boys" for the corrupt politicians and judiciary for the world known shame brought upon the Philippine Islands' government and decadent corrupt society are two,
A. The Chinese
B. The Americans.
Many Philipinos, especially the educated ones say, "The Chinese corrupted us." They never blame themselves. It always seems to be other races that harmed them.
Chinese are more regularly kidnapped than any other group outside of Angeles City. Asking any honest Philipino will get the answer, "They deserve it. They have ruined and control our economy."
Concerning Americans they will answer, "They can afford it, besides they were a colonial power that treated us with many great injustices."
The classic mind-set of many educated Philipinos is revealed in the racist letter sent to us by attorney Abelardo Estrada. This mother$#cker named, Abelardo Estrada has made a good living by stealing money from clients while he misrepresented them.
Estrada is on the board of Governors for the Integrated Bar of The Philippine Islands and is their Governor for Northern Luzon Island.
What his attorney friends do not know is that a few years ago he tried to leave for America with ALL of the deposits of the attorneys in the Northern Luzon association, but he was prevented from doing so by two of us. He is a thief!
The facts are: there were some injustices committed by Americans, but most certainly not of the magnitude of what the Philipino do to each other then and to now, indeed!
Injustice under the Yanks was not systematic, but individual, like you will find in any nation.
In the P.I. (same-o-same-o in Korea and Saudi Arabia) racism is entrenched and systematic against all foreigners by Philipinos, as a whole. The more educated they are the more racism they manifest!
The American governors and officials fought and fought against corruption in the Philippine Islands' society and one American governor whom the corrupt customs dept. forced out said about their tendencies toward fraud and corruption,
"It is endemic to the brown niggers."
The leadership compromised, especially the Pampangans, with the Japanese occupation but were forgiven by the one man that had power to place them on trial, Douglas McArthur. He had a Philipina mistress and was friends with the rich whom have plundered the islands for generations and whom paid him to take over the Philipino Armed forces before WWII. He blew it, lost the Islands and came out smelling like a rose.
